Waste of money
Waste of money. Got a value for my 2018 caravan. The value they gave is what 2013/2014 models are going for. This was the value last year. Caravan prices have vastly increased this year due to demand. Don’t waste your time with these outdated values.
Edit. Reply is unsatisfactory, I am looking to sell my caravan now, so why is it unfair to value the caravan at current market prices, as I said a scam site with incorrect valuations, steer clear.

However as stated on our website our values are based on the truth market value of caravans. We believe it would be unfair to buyers and sellers to base our prices on the current values of Covid19 as insurance companies are not increasing caravan values on there insurance policies.

Disappointing Updated
Disappointing. Think the value was way out for a fully loaded premium motorhome with a current price of 95000. UPDATE, after my review the company said they had made a mistake and revised the valuation which is now close to what I expected.

Great speedy service

It seems to be a great idea.
It seems to be a great idea to have a heads up on valuation if your not too savvy. Asked for valuation on a motorhome with personalised plate. Reply was quick however stated that could not be found. Managed to get original registration and re-sent as had been asked for, within a few minutes. Still no reply.
They did send a valuation; in-between this; but it seems to be a generalised one and not a vehicle specific. Disappointed.

In regards the private registration had not been registered on the .gov website yet, after checking with our valuation team they have confirmed the valuation we sent was specifically for the details of the motorhome provided be yourself.
