I ordered parts for my caravan during a holiday period and still received them quickly. When I got my order, one piece was the wrong size which can happen with small parts. I sent an email explaining what happened and they fixed the error straight away. Very happy with the service and prices are very good. Have been dealing with them for a while and will continue to do so. Well done guys.

Genuine dometic awning part (Arm slider) required modifications to fit as material type and thickness was different to the original arms.

I ordered during the Christmas break. The website clearly advised when staff would be back and provided me with a sense of being very well organised.
Once the staff had returned I received confirmation of order and advice of dispatch. Items arrived as advised in a quick turnaround. Excellent experience!

Due to a mistake in my ordering over 7yrs ago, I was left with a $70 credit. Now a lot of companies might send you the odd reminder or two but Caravans Plus kept on reminding me regularly & since I sold my caravan 6yrs ago I didn't think I'd ever get to use my credit. However due to having a new deck installed I needed to relocate my gas bottles. I wasn't 100% sure if the fittings were compatible but after reading all the information provided on their website I took the chance & ordered the flexible hose I thought would work. Thankfully they fitted & are working perfectly. It's not often you come across a business with such integrity. I'd therefore have no hesitation in recommending people to do business with Caravans Plus.

The pump did fit the 3kg washing machine as the description showed only for the smaller unit, only had to charge the plunger arm from the old pump to the new . Now it works perfectly fine.
