Battery was good value for money and arrived on time and well packaged however this was ordered in error and needed to be returned.

Completed the online returns form on their website within the 14 day return period to which no response was received.

Contacted them via chat and was advised return forms sent through to my email, nothing received.
Tried calling the number and when you select returns it tells you "everyone is busy leave a message".

The two stars is for delivery and value - after sales is non existent.

I needed a battery next day and was happy to pay the extra delivery charge. The battery chosen was a great price compared to Euro car parts and several others.

I wish I can give. 0 starts .. no customer service att all.. calling them always busy never returning call back . Uploaded form for warranty be reply at all after 2 weeks asking what is going on they said it was declined because proof not sign .. proof of the battery test was signed by professionals worker at Kwik fit.. .. they just refuse you straight

Found this site very easy to use,offered a good range of batteries to suit my car dependent on your budget.Picked a Bosch battery,did not pay for 24hour delivery but battery was on my doorstep at 7 50am day after order. Could not get a better price for this battery at local suppliers even using my trade discount.Very happy.

My Mazda 3 SkyactivG (2021) had a knackerd 12v battery, discovered during routine service, and the dealership wanted to charge me £234 to replace it. They didn't know what type of battery or the capacity it was that they were going to supply (eg EFO, AGM) just that it was the Mazda approved part. Trawled the internet and found out that it should be an EFB and the specific physical dimensions as well (NB the Mazda battery fitted was the wrong capacity and dimensionally wrong too!!). I set to look for a replacement, particularly I preferred a Varta and they weren't commonly available. However Car Battery Market had stock so I ordered one. Despite opting for Standard Delivery it arrived the following day via a trackable courier. Checking the battery state of charge before fitting I found it to be 100% charged. Fitted the battery the following day, perfect fit and the battery shroud is no longer distorted by an oversize item. I also saved myself £125

Battery as advertised - no problem. However - the carrier did NOT deliver to the address given at time of purchase. The package (eventually...) turned up on top of a neighbours refuse bins approximately 1/2 mile from my home. It had been left out in very wet weather and the cardboard packaging had completely disintegrated.

Battery Car Market, please take this up with your carrier!
