I cannot fault the service I have received from Carbon Rewind so far. Holly in the office has been so friendly, helpful and efficient. So far I have had insulation installed in my flat roof extension and the two gentlemen did an excellent job and were a pleasure to have around. I am so grateful for everything Carbon Rewind have done to help me.

Poor to non existent communication. I wouldn’t trust these people to fit a plug on an appliance!

There are so many better companies out there that genuinely want to offer a good service. Carbon Rewind leave me with the sense that they would just pocket the money and run.

My new storage heaters have been installed by Owen who was pleasant, hard working and efficient. It took nearly two weeks for the company, however, to take away the old heaters which made life quite difficult.
My dealings with Carbon Rewind have been quite painful from the moment after the initial survey was carried out. Always more information required which should have been ascertained at the time of the survey. There was a lack of willingness to communicate what they intended to do and no invitation for feedback.
As a result I am unsure that they have installed the correct heaters in one of my rooms as one seems to be affected by another heater on the same wall in an adjoining room and they are both affected by each other. Owen seemed to have reservations about whether they were correct too but said if he didn’t do exactly what he was told he wouldn’t get paid.
I am reluctant to raise this with Carbon Rewind as they are so painful to deal with. They say they worked out what I needed at the outset and my opinion isn’t welcomed.
I guess as long as they get paid by the grant provider they are happy. The recipient of the grant is not important. The grant provider shows no interest and the intermediaries aren’t interested either.

Owen installed my new heaters on 30th November. The old heaters were taken away on 12th December.

Nick and Dale did a fantastic job no mess and extremely professional would recommend them to anyone.

I had a new gas boiler fitted by Ellis Cormack, he did a brilliant job & he is a very good gas engineer. I'm very happy.

Fantastic job completed by Genti and his colleague today and in very cold snowy weather.
They worked right through (didn’t even stop for lunch or warm up) to get the job completed in the time they were allocated despite the problems that occurred during the job. There was no doubt what company they were with as they both had the logo showing. They were polite, considerate of me working at home and tidied up afterwards. Would happily have them back to work again.

This 5 star review is for Owen who came to install the storage heaters. He was polite, respectful of the property and did a fantastic job with great attention to detail. He worked without a break, until late and made sure everything was left tidy and clean.
As per the people at the office, the ones who are responsible to organise appointments for surveys and installations, I wouldn’t give not even one star. From day one has been a complete nightmare, from cancelling appointments and dates and their surveyors and installation staff not being told and turning up, to cancelling appointments a few times without much notice to not even knowing what was exactly was being done and insisting to do a loft insulation, I live in a flat and this has been explained numerous times via phone and email.
The worst is that they forgot to arrange for the old storage heaters to be collected on day of installation. This was clarified on very first day I contacted Carbon Rewind and I was assured that YES the old storage heaters will be taken away on the same day.
Alas, that’s not the case. I am left with a big pile of very heavy bricks outside my front door and all the old storage heaters in my hallway. And despite the office promising that they will be collected today it did not happen. I’m hoping it might happen tomorrow but it’s 9pm now and no one has called me back or emailed to let me know.
I don’t know who runs the office but it needs to be sorted out because as it is it’s a complete chaos and there’s clearly a lack of communication.
To conclude I’m very happy with service provided by Owen who installed the storage heaters but the Company itself not so much

Nick and Dale did a professional job and cleared up afterwards. Both were pleasant, polite and helpful.
The loft is well insulated and has made a difference to keeping the house warmer.

Excellent work from two great fellas Nick and Dale very efficient workers clean and tidy would highly recommend them thank you carbon rewind.

Awful quality, complaints just ignored.

A big thank you to Ellis Cormack from Carbon Rewind who fitted my boiler in mid September. A skilled engineer with experience beyond his young years he displayed competence and commitment to complete the work on time and was prepared to work well into the evening to achieve it.
