Cardboardboxes Avis 787

I ordered a cardboard over 3 weeks ago and I have heard nothing. I have contacted customer service and every time they have said I should receive information shortly, and I've had absolutely no update, since my order on the 14th November. Would not use again. Awful service. My order number is #115687.

I ordered from cardboardboxes.co.uk and never received my goods. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I received no replies and no assistance. They have not provided a refund, so I had to escalate the case to PayPal. This has been a very disappointing experience, and I would advise others to be cautious when ordering from this company.

Sent £17 for a cardboard box and not received it no update or reply. They have stolen my money . Stay as far away from this company as possible.

I was about to order some cardboard sheets do to some crafts with my son. Only a £20 order or so, but I try to take the 30 seconds to do a brief due diligence on websites I've never used before. I found the owner on companies house. Wow, it's amazingly bad. Loads of dissolved companies, some in liquidation, this one clearly heading the same way. I honestly don't understand how people like this get away with it for so long. Lastly, he shows the 'Made in Britain' logo on the website. You have to pay for that licence, what are the odds on him having actually paid it.?

Boxes and prices ok but non existent communication and slowest delivery I have ever experienced.I got the impression if you don't keep pushing you wdon't get your order.Best avoided.

This company would rather argue than resolve issues. They deliberately made my life difficult to try to avoid accountability for a delivery issue (my contract is with them, not the courier!). Fortunately I paid by PayPal and was able to get my money back. I would never, however desperate, use this company again. I wish I'd seen the reviews before I did!

Terrible service ! I ordered and paid online for 60No. Tuff wall Boxes on 20th June. They delivered 27 on the 23rd June. I kept contacting them to get the rest delivered but after many assurances none arrived. I requested a refund several times and finally gave notice that I would lodge an application with the small claims. Eventually on the 12th November I received a pro rata refund for the missing 33 boxes.

Terrible customer service. They sent me the wrong boxes which were totally unusable and despite me providing photo evidence that the product is incorrect they reject the claim and direct me to there standard returns policy that require I l pay for the return.

This is my second order from Cardboard boxes.
The first was okay if not a little delayed.

The second order well massively delayed.
I ordered 3,000 special size boxes.
This is a narrow box 410mm x90 mm x25mm.
Some of the boxes have delaminated . Others have the corrugation the wrong way. Giving no strength to the box at all.
I contacted them regarding this and apparently it’s my fault.
I’m not a box expert but the corrugation should go lengthways to give strength.
Shocking customer service won’t use them again I recommend never to use these.

I ordered 500 custom size boxes at less than half the cost of my existing supplier and was given a 4 week delivery time. When they hadn't arrived within a few days of that, I read the reviews and got very worried and badgered them a great deal. In fact they arrived 3 weeks later and were perfect. I assume they get them ordered from China, and I'm fine with that given the cost difference. I prefer local suppliers for most things, but carboard boxes get expensive, when people think they are cheap, and it's great to save such a lot of money on them. So while their coms around the delivery time wasn't great, I'd still give them 5 stars for the product and service.

“A Masterclass in How Not to Run a Business”

Ordered on 28th September — and what a ride it’s been. Fobbed off, spoken to like a nuisance, and apparently I’m one of the 800+ “liars” who’ve all somehow made up the same story.

After six glorious weeks of waiting, my order finally arrived… well, half of it did. Contacted PayPal, opened a case, spoke to them directly — and guess what? The company wants everything back before they’ll issue a refund. Oh, and I get to pay the return postage for their mistake. What a treat!

Honestly, a chocolate teapot could run this business better. Sack the staff, reboot the system, and maybe hire someone who’s heard of customer service. Until then, avoid like the plague. Tip of the day dont bother dealing with them go directly to your payment source for a refund they are a scam company .

Ordered boxes 6 weeks ago and still waiting......... I've chased weekly for updates, I am continuously told the despatch team are looking into it. The despatch team must permanently be on annual leave because it's taken them 5 weeks so far and they've not managed to give me any information.
Interestingly I've since looked the company and Director up online, and he seems to have a number of cardboard box businesses that get disolved or go into liquidation (I wonder why). Interestingly too, the payment I made shows as Moving Boxes on my bank statement - which is a business that isn't trading. Every response from Customer Services seems to mirror the responses on other people's reviews too. My order was not bespoke either, and no information on their website to advise of delays with shipping, or backlogs of orders. Just happily taking more and more orders, and more and more money and not delivering. Communication and honesty is lacking with this business, so if you value your sanity, I wouldn't bother using this business to order from.

I ordered on the 19th of October, paid for 3-5 day delivery and still no notification or details on where or when the delivery is expected. I will return these as the event I needed them for has passed and I sourced the boxes from another company (Beer Box Shop), they are brilliant, go there instead. Oh and when I return the boxes I need to pay for the postage - double whammy of personal costs to us!!!

FRAUD. I wish I had read their reviews. The worst and most arrogant company I have ever dealt with. 2 weeks, no dispatch or delivery. Just continually told to wait for the shipping update. Asked to cancel but told I cannot. This wasn't a custom order just 150 stock boxes.

Well I suppose an average rating of 1.3 stars says it all. I too have experienced the delayed shipping, vague responses to emails and no refund when requested that so many others appear to have also experienced. What is truly astonishing though, is that the company has had so many similarly awful reviews for years. It’s not like the company is just going through some temporary supply issue or staff shortage - the negative experiences that so many have suffered appear to be just the ongoing norm for this company. What sort of business has so many bad reviews involving similar issues for so long? I’ve never seen anything like it in my life.

I ordered 5 boxes from this webiste nearly a month ago. They were a size offered by the website (so not bespoke) and I am still waiting for my delivery. Customer service just keep telling me they are looking into it and the refund department have told me I am not entitled to a refund?! This company is an absolute joke. AVOID!

Purchased some 'Royal Mail Small Parcel' sized boxes to send items out to customers. When I opened them they exceed the dimensions of the permitted RM small parcel dimensions, contacted them to be told 'Size are internal dimensions, as opposed to external dimensions.
They advertise them as Royal Mail Small Parcel sized, yet they exceed royal mails maximum dimensions, wheres the sense in that?

Hardly fit for the purpose they advertise. I shall go elsewhere in future.
