I ordered 8 $10 Gift cards because I’ve used them before without issues. They were again delivered promptly but 6 of them said they were active on another target account. I emailed support on a Sunday expecting to hear back Monday or Tuesday, but I got an email Sunday night notifying me they had already refunded the 6 cards. I’m very Impressed by the customer service and fast response

I am a bulk buyer and have been using cardcenter for several years. Delivery speed is essential for my business. Cardcenter is able to deliver my card within a minute after the order is processed, incredible! It is marketplace so I understand sometimes gift card may have incorrect balances. every time i place an order i get 1/2 incorrect gift cards and it takes forever about 12 hours to get a response from customer service which can slow down your sourcing time by alot

I rarely buy anything anymore before checking to see if gift cards are available. In this case I was looking for Uber and CardCenter had the best discount. It is silly not to take advantage of these sites that are out there and in a minute you can knock 5-20% or more off something you about to buy anyway! BUT I would recommend waiting until you are ready to buy because I have had a few cards that were ok when I bought them, but were no good a few days later when I tried to use them. I was always made good because of the guarantee but it can cause some last second shuffling - especially if you are at a physical location and the card bombs. PLEASE NOTE this did not happen on cards I purchase from CardCenter!!

My experience with CardCenter has been excellent. My first order took some time. They required to speak with me for identification purposes. However since that was completed, every transaction has only taken a few minutes. Their site is user friendly and quick. I've not have any issues with the gift cards they issue. Absolutely great to deal with! Purchased (2) $200 gift cards at the same time for an ebay purchase I was making. Had an issue with one of the cards but David with CardCenter got the issue quickly resolved. For 20+ years I was in customer service and this was one of the best experiences I have had.
