Our experience with your service has helped us believe in good people doing great jobs to help those who are at a loss about how the "car rental system" works in the insurance coverage. When our accident occurred we thought our insurance in place covered us: Hertz, PurCo, our car insurer Progressive, each left us feeling like we were in deep trouble. Your services were made a big difference after our banking institution sent your information. Even though it seemed a daunting task to get all the information into your requested forms, the help given by your service department was always calming, friendly, and caring. Your negotiation over the final details was a great relief for my wife and me.

Filing a claim was effortless as was communicating with the card benefit associate. I was also very surprised that the benefit covered the full extent of my claim based on the company terms. I've always used my USAA Visa for purchases and travel and have been at ease knowing the benefits services of the card were there, but now having had to use the service I can be more at peace when declining rental vehicle coverage or extended product warranties.

When I called the Card Benefit Services the representative first stated that I didn't qualify. However, after I provided additional details, she agreed that I qualify, and gave me very clear instructions on how to file a claim. It was very professional interaction. The web site for filing the claims is easy to navigate and fast. It was easy to submit all the required evidence, and then add additional ones that were requested. Finally, the claim was processed very fast. Several people who were on the same flight as me and used different cards to purchase the tickets are still struggling to get reimbursement. Very positive experience!

I got stuck in Florida for 3 extra days. The airline said it was weather and refused to cover any expenses.
This option has a $500 limit, which still helped me get back about 75% of what I was out of pocket. Super easy, no fight, and was quickly approved and reimbursed.

Capital One Honors Their Fine Print
We recently went on vacation and as a part of our Capital One Venture Card, a listed benefit includes a reimbursement of damage done to a rental car IF the car is rented with a Capital One Card and if the rental car coverage is declined. We chose to give this benefit a try. Unfortunately, our windshield was broken by a rock on our return home. After submission of the documents to prove the claim, Capital One honored their commitment and reimbursed us for the cost of the incident in an extremely timely manner. We are thankful.

My claim was processed quickly and with no "surprises." The reimbursement was made in full. The process for submitting documentation through their website worked just fine. Overall the process was simple and straightforward. The only glitch I ran into was when I was given the option of setting up a means to receive the reimbursement electronically rather than via a paper check - that feature seemed to not work (at least it didn't work for me...) but that was not a big deal

Eventually, Hertz refused to give the receipt in Capital One still paid out the claim, even though we couldn’t get the original receipt from the tow company. It took a while, but Elizabeth did a great job.
