I was with this Company for exactly one month. I am a Sole Trader. I paid them on the evening of the 20th outside banking hours. This is technically late payment. Payment cleared Monday the 22nd.
$173.08 in late chargers.
$193.28 Value of invoice pre fees.

Over the limit fees are exorbitant. No matter how much you are over the credit limit they charge a $100+ fee. They don't stop the card immediately, but expect you to check all the time on the limit. My elderly manager certainly doesn't because he is always on the road and under pressure with time to get to his destination. This will not end with this review!

Their fee system is robbery and their support is non existant.

Complete ripoff. Charges 8-10% fees, withdrawal fees, and conversion fees. you're left with almost nothing. Ditch this horrible website.. Also, their customer support is arrogant.

This company is the absolute epitome of unprofessional. Charge exorbitant late fees, even though you have highlighted the payment will be late, attempt to charge over credit limit when you are not. Four calls made to call centre, lied to by staff regarding availability of staff and cancelling cards. Account manager takes 8 days to contact you,full of lame excuses about having been busy - really? Is he dealing with a lot of complaints? Says I have no right to be angry at call centre staff - what do they expect when 4 calls made, and you're still being mucked about. Shocking service,tried to take money out of my account after bill had already been paid. Look for another supplier folks,these guys are unscrupulous and are cowboys

I obtained card easily on the first payemnt they adding late fees of 180$ of invoice $200 went on 21st of the month actual due date was 20th of the month I tried to explain and show my bank statement proof that my payment deducted on 20th itself after spending 40mins on call with customer care they agreed to talk to credit team then after 5 days got an email I get credit back however that penalty caryforwarded to next month invoice with additional penalty of 150$ then I decided to close my accout with them
Note - cardlink fuel cost is not cheaper then packnsave and bp and z fuel apart f

false updates about my case, rude employees, the company is untrustworthy and their practices are a monument of disrepute and credibility.
This is a company that on the current date of May 23, 2024 answers with lies and evades the responsibilities it has assumed or does not systematically provide services for which it has been paid after being informed. The service does not answer any questions.

My bank account was frozen because of the site, don't fall for the money trap.
