Absolutely shocking experience when changing to think money . They spend weeks saying details are on the way and on the final day state both my accounts are now closed

Amba the chat operative was excellent in every way, but I feel very let down by Cardone money in all aspects of them moving my account to think money. There has not been enough information, there is no telephone service it’s very stressful the way I feel they are treating their customers. The chat facility is glitchy and freezes. I for one am switching to another bank where I can be able to ring and speak to a person.
