Better training for sales
train the sales staff calling to solicit so they know what products you offer. I was originally told I would have access to 15mg but talking to the nurse, I was informed that is not correct 11mg is the limit. Now I have to wait for my money back since they don't have what I want

Had I known of that limitation I wouldn't have wasted my time. Customer service or Sales needs more training to know what you provide
