I called the company today to discuss getting a life line for my dad and was extremely impressed with the service I received. I spoke to Amy Woollet, she was very kind and empathetic for the reasons of us needing the life line in place. The ordering was so simple and the product arrives this Wednesday! Amy talked me through everything and made the process very easy so far!

Spoke to a gentleman who’s name is Ahmad valli regarding the delivery of a life line digital upgrade for my mother in law who is deaf. He explained clearly and concisely why it was being upgraded and what needed to be done. Ahmad valli is a credit to your company, thank you Ahmad for your valued support.

Cheryl made sure an engineer sorted out a problem with my mother (who is ninety six years old) with her falls alarm system. She spent time and made an effort liaising and organising things to ensure success and l was delighted to get it all fixed so quickly.

Spoke to Mohammed Ali when I had to inform the company that my mother, a customer of Careium, had sadly passed away. He was very sympathetic and kind and made the whole process very easy.
My mother had cause to use her alarm a few times and the operators were also always very helpful. I can highly recommend Careium for peace of mind.

A good experience in difficult times when family members need extra care, Careium were very helpful while guiding us through the process. When the time came for us no longer needing the service it was easy to cancel and Denys Oleksiienko was very helpful and thoughtful.We hope we wont need this service again but if we do we will use. I phoned today with regards to having a lifeline machine and was greeted by a lovely lady, which was really refreshing. Her name is Sarah Cornford. She went through everything, made it easy to understand , and offered to follow uphelp when the equipment arrived. 10 out of 10 Sarah a huge thank you

Amy Woollett was courteous, friendly and informative. She did not pressure me in any way to complete a contract, in fact it was the opposite. She advised me to take some time to think about it and then to contact her if I wished to go ahead with the purchase, and left me an e mail with contact details if I did

We have today had to cancel the service as my mother in law has had to go into a home. Cancellation was very easy and explained very succinctly by Denys Oleksiienko. Email sent also to confirm everything in writing.

Spoke to Denys Oleksiienko, customer advisor at Carium this morning as I needed to cancel Mums care alarm. Denys couldn’t have been more helpful. Understood what I needed, told me the next steps that needed to be taken and arranged for the equipment to be returned. Really kind and considerate conversation with him. Amazing customer service. I needed to cancel a subscription and rang the company. I spoke to Denys Oleksiienko, who handled the query most efficiently and understood the situation. He was friendly and very personable and sent me a follow-up email explaining that the direct debit has been cancelled, as he promised to do.

Had to contact Careium to cancel my late mother-in-laws service as she had recently passed away. I spoke to Denys Oleksiienko who was most helpful and compassionate in the circumstances. He explained that he would refer the matter to finance to cancel the direct debit and also advised how to dispose of the equipment. He emailed me within minutes of our conversation to confirm our discussion. Would also say that the response my late mother in law received from Careium on the occasions she had to use the service was excellent.

My mother fell at 23.00 hrs and used her pendant to call assistance. Help arrived within 20 minutes and after a thorough check she was assisted from the floor. The responders name was Elizabeth Jackson and my mum was extremely happy with the speed her attendance and of her caring nature. Elizabeth ensured she was safe and well before leaving. Thank you for attending and looking after her so well.
