the best training I have....

Some of the best training I have encountered in the care industry is offered by Care Professional Academy. Their classes are interesting, well-organised, and directly applicable to actual caregiving, which equips us with the skills and assurance to provide the best possible care.
Their helpful staff is what really makes them stand out; they encourage us, acknowledge our efforts, and greatly simplify compliance. The platform eliminates the stress that typically comes with handling training and legal requirements because it is very user-friendly and efficient.
A great school for anyone who is committed to excellence and career advancement in the care sector. Strongly recommended

Such an easy process

Such an easy process. I called up with a query regarding my certificates. I was put through to the right member of staff straight away. The knowledge the team had on the course I was enquiring about was fab and they made everything easy to understand. Their staff are always friendly and happy to help. The training passport is such a great way of keeping up to date with my training. Its made my personal development so much easier to maintain!

Procurement of The Care Professional Academy

I worked with The Care Professional Academy when I procured their service across Peterborough and Cambridgeshire. The team were incredibly professional and went above and beyond to: present to senior leaders; customise the product to meet our needs; promote to staff and our care providers; and provide the measures of outcomes we needed. They are one of the most professional teams I have worked with, nothing was too much trouble and it was all done with a smile! In terms of benefits of the service to care staff the service is invaluable. It provides: improves the take-up of professional training; improves the recruitment process with portable training records; helps retention of staff; and effectively provides a staff benefit scheme through training incentives.
