I'm a past consumer !!

I'm a past consumer. I started buying my Sheets,Towels 2010 Really loved the sheets I have at least 12 Sets , Just really upset you are now having them made in China my last set I ordered was from China and I hate them! When you decide to having them made in Turkey I will start purchasing again . I will be looking for a company that has them in Turkey! They are a better quality made in Turkey!!

I just had a wonderful customer service…

I just had a wonderful customer service experience at Cariloha. I received the wrong size sheets, I called, and the rep sent me a prepaid shipping label to send back the wrong order. The size I originally ordered is on it's way!

Not worth the money

I purchased my first Cariloha sheets in 2015 and loved them. Over the next few years, I bought several sets. I bought the last ones in 2019. They were terrible! They wrinkled so badly they needed to be ironed. The color had changed and the size had reduced. I complained, especially about the wrinkles but was told that "wrinkling like that is not typically accepted by my return team for a warranty claim". Customer service suggested I iron them. Outrageous! After all this time, I still feel like I was swindled. I now buy sheets from Costco and love them. They cost about half the amount and are wonderful quality.

Cariloha sheets are soft BUT SHRINK!!!

Cariloha sheets are very soft, BUT the flat sheet shrinks in size considerably after just a couple of washings ... even using cold water when washing and an ultra-low dryer setting. I had purchased a set of queen size sheets and was so impressed by their softness that I ordered a second set to replace the first set when needed. I have had the same shrinkage experience with the flat sheet in both sets of sheets. A flat sheet having a post-shrinkage width of 86" at the top and 82" at the bottom does not allow for a comfortable sleep! Unfortunately it is not possible to order the flat sheet, fitted sheet and pillowcases separately in order to accommodate this issue.

Shredded sheets

The bottom sheet literally shredded after about 18 months. These sheets only have a 1-year warranty. I've had sheets that cost much less that have lasted longer!

The company used a delivery service…called uniuni.

The company used a delivery service called uniuni and their service is the worst. Ordered a pillow on Dec 15th and still waiting for this christmas present. Their tracking service is called aftership and is worthless.
I will NEVER buy from Cariloha again. When I called and spoke to a manager he kept blaming the volume on the holiday. Still don't know when I will get my product.

Not worth it

I bought these sheets while in the Bahamas on a cruise. I had high hopes for them being better than the other bamboo sheets I have purchased for far less money. They are soft and comfortable feeling. However, the fitted sheet is way too big and it bunches up as you sleep on it. Thankfully there are straps to hold the sheet in place. Otherwise they will be coming off the mattress. As for the cooling effect, it did not live up to my expectations. For the amount that these sheets cost they should be better fitted and deliver on what they promise. I would not recommend purchasing these sheets to my friends or family.

Quality materials

I bought a Cariloha mattress, adjustable frame, bed sheets, and pillows six months ago. I am VERY HAPPY with all products. I just learned that the pillow top and the pillow covers are removable for washing. The zippers are very small. As I zipped the covers and mattress top back on, I was expecting the zippers or attached material to tear. The quality of the zippers and stitching was EXCELLENT and I had no problems, I have been completely satisfied with all Cariloha purchases for the past six months.

Bold and Brash? More like “Belongs in the Trash”.

$300 sheet set pilled after one wash and customer service won’t do anything about it. Absolutely insane. I hate this company and hope they burn lol. Cheap material, garbage customer service. Don’t bother “treating yourself” with this company! Corporate greed at its finest. Sad that a company that charges this much for a product doesn’t hold itself to higher standards. Weird that they can even get away with that…

Men's Cariloha Underwear

I have purchased the Cariloha men's underwear the past four or five years and it was great. The last couple of orders placed the underwear is falling apart at the seem in the crouch only after a few times wearing the underwear with standard care and washings. The quality has definitely gone down in this regard so I will not be reordering.

I bought in St.Lucia

I bought in St.Lucia, (Pointe Seraphine). Huge mistake.
cannot contact anyone in this company. I was verbally guaranteed returns within 100-300 days. They would pick up the mattress if not suitable. It is NOT suitable.
However, there is no way to contact this scam company. They insist on sending you to a free$100 gift site. Huge mistake on my part.

Bottom sheet shredded!

I bought Cariloha 100%viscose from bamboo queen sheet set at Dillards, luxurious 400-thread count. I followed the care instructions. After a few washings they were pilling. Before one year the bottom sheet was starting to shred in two spots. After 1 year they had one area of 4 x 6 inches of shredding on the bottom sheet plus another smaller area of shredding. I called Cariloha and they would not help me because I didn’t call before 1 year. It had been about a year and a few months. I was not aware of a 1 year warranty. I also was told I need my receipt which I don’t have because I was not expecting this to happen. I even offered to buy a bottom sheet and try again, but they only sell the whole set. What a disappointment and a waste of money on expensive sheets that should last several years! I was very disappointed that Cariloha offered no help to me! Because of this experience I would not recommend purchasing Cariloha sheets.

NEVER buy online from them

I purchased a “low loft” bamboo duvet that is also marketed as “temperature regulating”. It was heavy and very warm, and I was able to tolerate the heat for half an hour. Had I known that I couldn’t return it to a local store, but had to spend $53 to ship it back, I never would have bought it online. And they didn’t even provide a full refund!! I would never purchase anything from this company again, even though their clothes are nice. But their business practices are abominable. Don’t trust them. I’m considering reporting them to the BBB.

Pilling is NOT covered under the Cariloha Product Warranty

I purchased a Cariloha Comfort Tee shirt, as the material was very soft. I wear many different tee shirts, many different brands, and only rarely, after many wearings and washings, do I have any issues with pilling on the fabric. After 2 wearings and washings (in accordance with their instructions), the shirt is pilling in all areas. I contacted the company customer service, and initially, they stated "All of our products have a 1-year limited quality warranty for manufacturer defects". Since it had been much less than this time, I requested a replacement shirt. It was then that they informed me that pilling is not a manufacturing defect, but it "comes from an outside source", and they equate this defect with tearing or staining. Given the price paid for this tee shirt, I believe this is terrible customer service and reflects poorly on the quality of their product that I purchased. I won't buy from them again.

Avoid Cabo San Lucas store

Not what I purchased & damaged goods After a lot of hassles purchase price was refunded & merchandise sent back. Caveat don't let them wrap up items in back room and AVOID Cabo San Lucas store

Easily Ripped Sheets

We purchased a split king mattress set and at the same time their Resort Sateen sheets on 3/14/2024. We paid $198.30 for the sheets (need to have our head examined). We did not use the sheets until about a week ago; well beyond their 100 day satisfaction guarantee. We did not wash them prior to putting them on and about seven days later I leaned on my elbow to roll over and heard a ripping sound. I found that the bottom fitted sheet ripped almost clear across the mattress. I called customer service and was told that they aren't eligible for replacement and that they would only give me a 30% off coupon. What a joke! We will never purchase anything from Cariloha again. They do not stand behind their products. I have never had sheets rip like this especially ones that are over priced like these were. I would give them a zero if I could especially for their customer non-service. They are not BBB accredited and have a "F" rating on the BBB website.

Abysmal Customer Service

This was our third pair of Cariloha sheets — we’d been such a big fan of the classic sheets that we decided to treat ourselves to a pair of the Retreat Sheets and new towels when moving into our new house. We ordered the Laguna Blue and loved them. The color was a slate blue, perfect to match our new duvet and the sheets were so soft. We washed them straight out of the package with no issue. Upon our second wash, we ended up with a massive pink tie dye-esque stain in the middle of the fitted sheet, despite following the suggested care instructions.

I reached out to Cariloha regarding this and received a prompt reply stating that “Unfortunately, we are experiencing discoloration issues with the darker colors of our Retreat sheets. Our Quality Control team is currently working on the issue with our manufacturer” and were advised to switch to a lighter color sheet. We said okay and that we’d take the white instead but were surprised when the customer service rep said we’d need to mail back the defective sheets. We have a new baby so adding an errand to our list isn’t ideal, especially when it’s not a return out of choice, but because we had been sent a defective product. I’d understand if they said they needed to return them to the manufacturer for evaluation, but they never stated anything of the sort when corresponding.

The customer service rep was very short in their delivery and we weren’t completely satisfied with our options after receiving a defective product so we decided to return the sheets for a refund instead. I requested a prepaid label to return the sheets and was sent a plain address label with no paid postage. My husband and I were shocked that after purchasing a sheet set that costs $350 and having to return them due to a manufacturing error, the company wouldn’t offer to pay postage. I then had to take the time to call customer service and again ask for a paid label. The woman I spoke to sent me the paid label but could not have cared less that they just lost a loyal customer. I told her I was surprised how this was handled and told her we were loyal customers but it doesn’t seem like they care about customer retention and she just goes “okay, have a nice day”. Clearly Cariloha doesn’t care about their customers so they’ve lost what would’ve been customers for life.

Terrible customer Service

Terrible customer Service. Because I previously loved the sheets from prior experience, I recently ordered their bed and bedding package with the expectation of White Glove delivery as advertised on the website. Instead, they shipped the bed by FedEx, who dumped it on the street, and I had to hire movers and pay over $100 to deliver it from the street to my apartment. The box was ripped and had no instruction manual, so there was no way to know how to assemble the bed or what was missing. For spending over $4.3k for a mattress, this was an unacceptable experience. I got run around for over a month and finally when I had time to deal with this got my points returned, but did not get proper resolution or acknowledgement that this is not the way to treat a customer. I cried after getting off the phone in frustration. Note, that I asked to speak to a manager to provide feedback, and they dismissed me that I should have known they would ship FedEx. I now HATE CARILOHA because of how they value me as a human being and former loyal customer. DO NOT BUY because THEY DO NOT CARE. Empathy matters!

Just to add, it is DECEPTIVE MARKETING to say White Glove Service for mattresses on the website home page, but not give the option to select this when the order is being processed. This needs to be corrected to be in line with other furniture stores (the customer service instead implies that it was my fault for assuming that it was included in the packaging even though it says White Glove Shipping on the home page).
