Bad service
The technician arrived with my new key, but he was unable to program it. He said the key was sent with the wrong chip in it. He told me he would issue a refund for the key and they would try to get a new one since then I have not received my refund or been contacted by anyone from the company as of now this was a complete waste of my time and my money

Did NOT receive the OEM key that I paid for…
Service was good and the technician was helpful and knowledgeable, BUT they did not have the actual OEM key to match my vehicle (Mustang) so they gave me one with a generic Ford logo on it. I paid for the original OEM key and would like to get what I pay for. That’s reasonable, right?
