These sandals are so comfortable as well as being beautiful.The leather is so soft I feel I am walking on air. I have bought Carl Scarpa before and still enjoy wearing my red shoes bought several years ago. The sandals arrive just so quickly I was amazed. My granddaughter tried them on,--- I very nearly lost them that day. True. She is 22, I am 82.

Shoes was too big
Shoes was too big, it did not feel and look like a Carl Scrapra shoes. It did not look right.
All my shoes is from Carl Scrapra but this last purchase is returning.

Had to return lovely shoes as too big
Had to return lovely shoes as too big. Long for half sizes!!! Return is taking a long time. I don’t know why this is the case.🤷♀️

Regarding your return, we can confirm that your item was received back on 31/03 and your refund was processed on 08/04. As outlined in our returns policy, refunds can take up to 14 working days to be completed. However, we always aim to process them as quickly as possible, and in this case your refund was completed well within that timeframe.

Delivered promptly
Delivered promptly. Unfortunately the shoes were not as appealing as they seemed on the website. Have been returned although I got no receipt for the return and I’m now a little anxious that I’ve no proof if the money isn’t refunded. I’m sure it will be but the receipt gives a little reassurance.

Took too long for a refund
Ordering online was easy, returned the boots to the shop in Limerick and staff were really lovely but had to ring the head office to get my refund after 10 days still wasn’t received or processed. After the call it was processed within 48 hours. Not good as far as I’m concerned. Would definitely not buy again online.

Can't fault them. I love their shoes but had to return my last pair. Not the company's fault, I have small feet and pull-ons were just too big. The size three fit me if they have laces...
No problem with returns.
Customer service is second to none.
