Réponse de Carl's Golfland
Matt - thanks for the feedback. Your order was delivered today I see. We apologize for any confusion regarding our free 2 day delivery option that you qualified for. UPS quotes that in business days only.
Thanks again for your purchase.
Jacket not waterproof
Jacket looks good, a little snug, but it's not waterproof as advertised. And when you're looking for a waterproof golf jacket you want one that is truly waterproof and not just water resistant. You shouldn't be advertising with a blatantly false statement. If you want to be upfront you should refund me the purchase price immediately. I walked out of the house to my mailbox while it was raining and when I got back to the house it was already getting damp inside. This certainly wouldn't work on a golf course.
