I ordered a bottle of passion flower capsules, through Walnart this company was the third party seller. The bottle i received had a sticker placed across the bottle covering half of it including the expiration date! An illegal action. When I questioned this i was told twice . You'll have to contact Walnart. Walmart by the way says nope theyre the seller. I agree it does fall to them they covered the expiration date . Im currently working with the FDA . I refuse to use a product where most of the information is missing.

I purchased cod liver oil and other supplements, I have been sick since I have began to take them. I believe the cod liver oil is contaminated or? I’m stopping all intake the products are not good, be careful of purchasing anything. This place should be investigated. Poor and not safe. Be aware.

I have the feeling that it is a good product. It's well received on Amazon (4.6/5), and we've been using this for about two years. I seems to mostly work. However, their website page, for 10 mg softgels, claims: "Laboratory Tested, Trusted Ingredients, Superior Quality, 100% Guaranteed!".
BUT there's no link to the lab tests, or mention of which lab(s) have done the testing, or how long ago the tests (if such exist) were done. In this day and age it's so simple to provide a link to a lab test that it's disconcerting not to see one.

Misleading dishonest advertising. Looking for a high dose citicoline supplement, I find 60 tablets, 1000 mg from these crooks for a reasonable price. Great, except that in tiny letters, it says "per serving". A serving is two tablets of 500 mg, so the price has now doubled. This is intentional, misleading, dishonest and the company should own up to it.

Idiot outfit. A few days ago I made a purchase. A payment went through, somehow not from any account of mine. They said I paid through Shop Pay. BS. I neither have Shop Pay or the MasterCard they claim is attached to my email and zip code. I have never had MasterCard, ever. These Wanka's don't care that the screw up is in their system somehow. They ignore what I have told them. Someone else is getting burned and they, don't care.

I've been buying online for several years. This is the worst site I've ever seen! Unbelievable! The support team is terrible, they already have answers ready. I've been waiting for 15 days but no news of my order. When I contacted support to get a refund, the response was that this is not provided for in our sales policy. I have to wait. I strongly advise against this site.

SCAM - AVOID BUYING.
I placed an order of more than 1000 dollars on their website: carlylenutritionals.com and used 10% off coupon that they offer for first-time purchase.
Ten days go by and nothing happens... I emailed them asking what's up with my order... another day go by and I finally get a message saying: "Your order is canceled due to unforseen events." Then I get this message from their customer service: "...be informed that all of our consumable products will have an expiry of 1-2 years, and our products are not for resale. So to consume the products within the expiry, and to avoid order cancellations we would suggest you please place orders of lesser value." Avoid buying from them. You don't want to waste your time and being treated like a 5 year old child. Don't fall for their 10% off first purchase because it clearly shows they will make you place small orders so they give you a less discount and you end up paying more. I suggest buying from Pipping Rock pipingrock.com I never had a problem with them. They are great ship fast with FedEx and care for their customers, I receive free gifts with every big order.

Really bad customer support.
