My car seemed to be having electrical problems, and while Halfords suggested an immediate battery replacement due to its weakness, Pellon Autos assured me the battery was in good condition. They advised consulting an auto electrician to investigate further electrical issues. After thorough research online and reviewing local businesses extensively, I found Carnetics. I'm meticulous about reading reviews, and all the feedback for them was overwhelmingly positive.When I called, I spoke with Taj, a genuinely helpful person who spent 20 minutes on the phone discussing possible reasons for my intermittent Start Stop issues, even offering to check it right away. After a detailed examination of the battery and vehicle, he determined that the battery only needed replacing in a few months and educated me on the correct startup procedure.Taj dedicated another 45 minutes providing valuable advice on what actions to take or avoid. His assistance was greatly appreciated, especially his patient and unrushed approach. Taj was exceptionally knowledgeable, very friendly, and polite. I'm quite selective when seeking help, but I can confidently recommend Carnetics as the place to go; you won't be disappointed. Plus, Taj's incredible gesture when I offered to pay for the service was truly remarkable.I have immense respect for Taj and believe his commitment to excellent service and positive demeanor will lead to continued success.

What a fantastically helpful guy! Was honest enough to admit he couldn’t do the repair we thought we needed but after chatting the problem through we realised the problem wasn’t as bad as we thought it was and he advised us how we could rectify it. He even checked out timescales and called us back to confirm. The issue we thought we had could have been extremely costly and time consuming but, in the end it was free and will take far less time and effort. Can’t express how grateful we are. Thanks.

I had what seemed like an electrical issue with my car and Halfords stated weak battery and to replace instantly. Pellon autos stated Battery is fine and looks healthy!

They recommended an auto electrician to see if there is an electrical issue elsewhere so after looking through google and checking through detailed reviews of businesses nearby, I came across Carnetics and I am one who really tries to look at reviews thoroughly before deciding who to call.

All I saw was nothing but positiveness for these guys. Rang and spoke to a wonderful chap (Taj) and explained situation. He was on the phone to me for a good 20 mins explaining possible scenarios of why i may be having issues with intermittent Start Stop and even offered to take a look at it straight away.

Once inspected, and battery health thoroughly checked and for any other issues, it was a simple case of knowing the proper start up procedure and to replace battery at some point in the next few months as its got enough in it just yet.

Taj spent a good 45 mins talking to me about it and giving some really nice tips on what to and not to do.
I am extremely appreciative of the help provided by Taj and just the fact that he didnt even rush with anything.

Very knowledgeable individual, very welcoming, nice polite chap and believe me i can be picky when i try source help and if I am saying these are your go to guys then trust me, you will not be disappointed.. And to top it all off, the kind gesture from Taj when I wanted to make payment for the service received was just astonishing.

These guys came out at short notice and provided a very knowledgeable and professional service. They knew their stuff. Charged a little bit more than quoted but were with the car for longer than planned so totally reasonable.
