it was my fault, but customer service was amazing
I noticed a problem with my bike a few days after setting it up didn’t think a whole lot about it but then it recurred. I called into customer service. I received a call back immediately with full instructions pictures and easy troubleshooting. Mario was absolutely amazing to work with to get my bike up and running optimally, even though the issue was user error. Thanks Carol for a great experience.

The REHIT program accelerates progress
The REHIT program accelerates progress. The built in programming and recording of events creates the ideal feedback loop. It’s amazing how two 20 second blitz sprints can wear you out and the effect it has on VO2 progression. Would like to see a program that enables the rider to determine actual maximum heart rate; not having to depend upon an estimate. The CAROL chest worn heart rate monitor is a big plus as is the use of bike shoes with clicks.

I love my Carol bike, and best support ever!
I love my Carol bike, and the results I've been getting with it, even a few times a week, have been amazing. Legs are stronger and more stable, and I don't feel so much like an old man going up stairs anymore!
I had an issue with the tablet not charging, and when I emailed them about it, they immediately got in touch with me, scheduled a phone troubleshooting session, and figured out the issue. They sent me the new parts, which were easy to install, and now everything works great. Such great support with amazing tech!

REHIT has high impact!
I've only been using it for three weeks, but the feedback is easy to comprehend. I was skeptical about doing high-intensity REHIT three times per week. Just two 20-second sprints each session. Well, I had to drop down to two REHIT sessions per week to have adequate recovery time. Now, I'm seeing amazing increases in power output and fitness levels.

With such a short workout time, it's so easy to make a fitness habit that sticks. Well, I ordered the product and I was delayed week after week after week such that when I left the country and been gone for a couple months I have it still sitting there now. Wish I could’ve used it when they told me it would be shipped within 10 days, but it was more like two months.

The best workout bike out there
The best workout bike out there, well worth the cost. Best for those who don't have time or want the most out of their workouts. If you don't care too much for having an over the top flashy screen and care more about efficiency this bike is amazing. I lost so much weight doing the fat burn workouts everday. The Ai controlled resistance finds and sets my pace well and the subscription cost is way better than the other brands.

Slow shipping and High Replacement Part cost
I bought a replacement power cord and shipping was slow, even though up front I asked it be done ASAP. My other big disappointment was the price. $50, really. Are they trying to compete with the high price of replacement parts for cars. It is not like it is a high tech cord.

Greg, so sorry to hear this. Our usual delivery times for replacement items are 1-2 weeks, and you received yours just 5 days after the invoice was paid. We knew you wanted it delivered ASAP so we offered the chance to expedite the delivery, however you refused. We still managed to deliver it in a timely manner for you. We provide replacement items at cost to us, so rest assured there is no profit in us sending these items, and in fact, we usually make a loss.

I really enjoy working out now
I really enjoy working out now. It only takes a few minutes. I have it in my living room and I don't mind a bit. It looks nice and it reminds me to exercise should I forget, which is rarely.
I just really enjoy using it and I feel energized and good about myself after a session on my CAROL bike.
