Carpet Underlay Shop Avis 

This is the first time of ordering from CUS and I have to say I am more than impressed. Telephoned before ordering to make sure underlay I wanted was in stock which it was so placed my order. Easy ordering and very good price. I ordered before 2pm and almost immediately received a confirmation email followed very shortly afterwards by another email confirming dispatch. I only paid for standard delivery and fully expected the goods to arrive 3 -4 days later. To my pleasant surprise the underlay arrived two days after ordering which suited me fine as the room was ready and waiting. My only con is the app CUS use to track delivery. It is called Shop and I found it totally useless. This however is not CUS's app so not really their fault. After delivery I had a query concerning the underlay so gave CUS a call. Which side down was it laid? My question was answered immediately by the young lady who answered the 'phone. It is laid as you roll it out with the shiny face down. When recarpeting other rooms CUS I will definitely be ordering again from CUS. The underlay is down and looks great. Need a sharp knife but other than that just as easy to lay as any other type. I used a staple gun to keep in place.

Ordered underlay at 13:45pm knowing the cut off was 14:00pm....so did not expect delivery the next day....had to go out and when we returned the underlay had been delivered and left at the rear of the bungalow....fantastic service and would recommend using this company....could do with e few more like this one.!!!!

What an absolutely unbelievably poor company! Following swift delivery of the wrong item it has been over a month since I contacted them to return it. The excuses have been child like, if you make a mistake then fine! We all do! But admit it and don’t try to palm a customer off with lame and unbelievable excuses. Plus they took the money from my account very promptly! It might take you an extra minute to order but DO NOT use this company.

I had a really good experience with the Carpet Underlay Shop. I ordered online in time for the underlay to arrive for the carpet fitters. When the delivery didn't arrive they helped investigate and discovered the package had been lost by Hermes. They arranged for a fresh delivery to be sent out at no extra delivery cost and the package arrived the next day in time for the carpet layers.
