Luotettava toimitus, ysrävällistä palvelua
Upea ja kaunis matto saapui nopeasti kotiinkuljetettuna ja lähetystä pystyi helposti seuraamaan linkin kautta. Minuun oltiin yhteydessä osoite-epäselvyydestä johtuen ja palvelu oli ystävällistä ja tehokasta. Matto oli ehkä hiukan kuluneempi, kuin mitä odotin, vaikka minulle painottiin, että on kyse vanhasta esineestä, jossa on kulumia. Ostokokemus oli yllättävän sujuva. Olen oikein tyytyväinen.

Hyvä tuote ja palvelu
Matto on kuvauksen mukainen ja aikataulu piti. Hinta-laatusuhde kohdillaan. Yksi tähti puuttuu koska matossa oli varastoinnista tai muusta syystä johtuva ummehtunut haju jota olen eri keinoin yrittänyt poistaa.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
We are very sorry to hear about the problem with the smell of the carpet you ordered. It is of course normal for handmade carpets and other items to have a certain smell, however it should not be so strong that it cannot be accepted.
If airing the carpet does not help, then you can try spreading a small amount of sodium carbonate/soda (no normal baking soda) evenly over the carpet. Leave this for a few hours so that the powder can absorb the odour. Afterward, the excess powder should be vacuumed off and the smell should be gone.
This little trick is said to work wonders and we keeping our fingers crossed that it will eliminate the smell in this case as well.
