I went into the store for some advice with a view to purchase at a later date. I met Donald who was absolutely amazing and gave me all the info I needed! I highly recommend the company if they employ staff like Donald.

Staff at the shop were professional , polite and helpful. Carpet fitter was punctual, efficient, polite and made a great job of laying the carpet. Will definitely be usuong this company and contractor again.

Have bought all my carpets for the last 25+ years from the Orpington branch.
Sadly this has now ended as the service I’ve just received was nothing short of terrible.
The men in the shop are amazing, always so helpful but they are sadly let down by their none productive manager Patrick, who takes over 4 weeks to return communications and then still doesn’t sort a problem.
Sad - but hey ho, there are other companies about !! Certainly won’t be spending anymore money with Carpet Giant

John's customer service skills are excellent, highly recommended carpet company.

I recently had a new carpet bought at CG and installed by contractors recommended by them. Everything was smoothly and beautifully done. John at Carpet Gaint, Charlton was a delight. He took us through calculating the proper measurements and selecting the best, affordable carpet for our needs. The installers were polite and professional. The installation was very well done.

I would now have to do the rest of the house and will be using Carpet Gaint. Thanks for the excellent job.

The small shop have enough space for their storage, good presentation of their products, very helpful staff and open to good advice as opening conversation. To their merchandise limitations, their products are available at a good price and the area has other shops covering that interest, but not the same product specification, which helps the buyer to cover the necessary for their project.
I enjoyed shopping at the Carpet Giant Croydon.

Donald was very helpful throughout the whole experience. Moving into a new property and need a quick, cost efficient turnaround. Donald was helpful in advising us the best options for our situation. Managed to get a fitting and install in space of a week - we can't wait to get our new flooring! We're grateful that Donald was there to help us set up our new home.

Sittingbourne carpet giant were really great from start to finish. Manager in the shop was really helpful, polite and friendly. While the men who came to fit the carpet were also very polite and friendly. They were super quick at getting the job done, and they did a fabulous job. We have now had our whole house done by Carpet Giant in Sittingbourne, and wouldn't go anywhere else. Thankyou

Awful just awful. 6.5 hours from arriving till I was finally finished, paper work being tossed from piller to post and everyone I dealt with speaking like they were gangsters. Yeh brave, wagwan, my g and the rest. Do not do it!!!!

I made a trip into the Orpington store last week to purchase some new carpet. The store was warm and welcoming as were the staff. I found the options available to be perfect and available to fit all budgets and needs, and the delivery & fitting was much quicker than I had hoped as well. Doug was very polite and I’ll definitely be going back the next time I need new carpet.

Went into the Croydon store today to look at some carpets as I am currently renovating. When I arrived at the store all the staff were standing around chatting. About 5 minutes or so had passed after this and I had not been approached by a single person. It is clear to me that they know what their priorities are and my trip to the store today proved to me that they would rather stand around and chat with one another than approach a customer. No personality and no life within the store. A young lad was sitting there on his phone after seeing me enter and a lady with glasses was being rude to another customer. I am glad I was not approached by her. The other so called members of staff did not make any sort of attempt to approach me. I most definitely will not be returning to this store.
