The carpet tiles came in as scheduled and the shipment was damage-free. The tiles were the last task of my 3-month project redoing our entertainment room. The tiles themselves went down well with the use of double sided tape made for concrete surfaces. I'm very pleased with the results and look forward to entertaining!

Ordered LVT flooring still waiting …
Ordered LVT floor That I was assured will be delivered in a few weeks. Here we are now going on six weeks no communication, no correspondence, no status. Nothing very disappointed. We had four more floors to do, but I will not be ordering my tile or carpet from you.

We completely understand your frustration and have already issued a full refund for the shipping fee you paid.
