Natalie is super knowledgable was really helpful with choosing a car seat for my 1 year old! She came to the house to let us try some seats out before making a decision on what we wanted. We chose the axkid movekid for mine and my MIL car and britax romer max safe pro for my mums as we wanted ERF seats that are going to last! Couldn’t be happier with the seats and service and love that we were able to deliver the seats to her for her to then come and fit into the cars for us showing us how they fit & fit checking my daughter in the seat.
At first we had a lot of head flopping in the axkid where it’s more upright than the infant carrier and I messaged Natalie who reassured me after a few weeks she would adjust which she has! I will recommend the car seat ninja to anyone needing car seats as the prices and service are really good!

Natalie at car seat ninja was amazing as ever! We recently purchased a Axkid Minikid 4 after having problems with our previous seat- a Britax one. Natalie was brilliant at keeping me in the loop on what Britax were going to offer to help with as the seat was still under its warranty, and managed to come to a compromise with Britax for us which suited our needs in regards to our car. The Minikid 4 was sent out when stated, arrived when it should have and was just as described. After care has been good as it always has been previously too. Quick responses to messages and making sure that I had fitted the car seat correctly, and answered any questions I had about the new seat too. Can not fault Natalie at all, amazing lady who is very good at her job! Thank you again!!
