Cars Rental Antalya Avis 

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.
When I arrived to pick up the rental car, the company said they needed to block a 400 EUR deposit on my card. They then claimed that the deposit could not be processed and told me I had to buy their extra insurance in order to get the car. However, the same card worked without any issue for the rental payment itself, and my card issuer later confirmed that they could not see any attempted deposit reservation or declined transaction.
Because of this, I felt pressured into paying for an extra insurance I did not need, especially since I had already purchased separate coverage for the rental car.
On top of that, the car was handed over with an almost empty fuel tank, and I still have not received proper confirmation that the car was returned in good condition.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. Be very careful with extra insurance charges and deposit claims.

I was three weeks looking to rent a car in antalya because all the companies had a really bad reviews then one day I saw this company Addcar in booking.com.When you look the reviews in trustpilot from another countries are very bad but in this case I need to say that they were amazing. I contacted them directly by what's up because I had some questions and they answered them in less the 5min. I made the booking the reservation directly with them with no issues at all, even the upgrade my car. I received an excellent service from Chingiz, they picked you up from the airport and dropped you that is very convenient as Antalya airport is quite a Kaos if you try to find the agencies from your way.No extra fees, I paid their insurance with no pressure at all as another companies try to.Check in and out were really fast. I totally recommend this company thanks to make my trip more easy specially with a little one travelling.

We rented Renault Clio in Antalya for a week. There was no mileage limit, no deposit, and the payment was in cash (so no credit card was required). The picked us up from the airport, drove us to the office (10 minutes from the airport) and signing all the documents took no more than 10 minutes. The car was in a good condition (manufacture year 2019, a bit over 150k km done), there were just a few small scratches, but barely noticeable. The driving experience was very good both in the city and in the rural area. The last day we drove to the office and they picked us up to the airport. They didn't try to find any new scratches to strip us out of money, which is a problem with some other companies. One of the front lamps burnt out on our way, but they didn't charge us for that. Very good experience in general.

Everything went great! The booking was made two months before the trip to Turkey. The car turned out to be exactly the configuration and brand that was indicated in my voucher. The condition of the car is satisfactory. The delivery of the car was right on time. At my request, they moved the place of transfer without any problems. Signed a contract with full insurance. Recorded mileage and remaining fuel. Minimum formalities. Used the car for a week without major problems. On the way, minor questions arose, including, for example, where and how to pump up the wheel. The support service answered within one or two minutes in any language - Turkish, English and Russian. There is a phone, but a messenger was enough for me. In general, I am satisfied with the work of the company, 5 *.

Good place to rent a car, I've been a bit scared after multiple scams stories in the rental agencies in Turkey. But experience was really positive - smooth car pickup and car drop, contact in WhatsApp was very helpful and responsive. Car was clean and in the good condition. I recommend this place

Service is just amazing. Got a car delivered to the apartment on the same they I requested it. Even picking spontaneously arranging a pick up time for the care worked as a charm. Earning my highest recommendation.
