The service from start to finish was very professional, efficient and reliable.

Collection of the car was arranged, carried out and I received payment on the same day. Would highly recommend based on my experience.

Driver on the day was excellent. No flexibility on pick ups and after booking I was texted to say they would ck tact me to arrange the pickup. They never called. I had to contact them again

Brilliant experience. Filled in the form on line, received a call within 30 minutes and arranged for car to be collected that afternoon. Driver arrived on time with a cash payment.

Would definitely use them again

One of the smoothest transactions ever. From initial call to collection. Professional and a very high recommendation.

Very informative, arrived on time, helpful ,friendly and had all the paperwork done on time. And I got paid once the car was loaded. Hope its the last car I have to scrap though.....

I have to say, I was very nervous about contacting a company online that I knew absolutely nothing about, especially when it came to taking my broken-down car away. You always wonder if you’re doing the right thing!
I was offered €700 for my car, and honestly, the whole process was so much easier than I expected. Every email was answered, and I was kept informed throughout.
When the car was being collected, the driver was absolutely lovely. He explained exactly what was going to happen, including when I needed to sign the car over. He took the required photos and sent them on, then talked me through the whole process step by step.
Even the payment was straightforward — everything was agreed, explained clearly, and with the click of a button, it was done!
From start to finish, I found the whole experience professional, friendly, and completely hassle-free. I was genuinely impressed.
I’ve already been recommending Car take back to everyone! 🚗👏
If you’re nervous about using a company online like I was, I can honestly say I had a really positive experience. Sometimes you just have to take that first step — and I’m so glad I did! 😊

Communication was excellent. Car was collected on time. Paperwork sent very quickly.

Just after using car take back recently and can’t fault to be honest the only thing is when they contacted me from Scotland so I thought this was going to be a scam but luckily enough and doing my own research I was rest assured it was good very professional and the collection driver was very nice man and money was in my account after a day so all in all I am very happy with the service provided and would have no hesitation in using again or recommending thank you team . 🙂

Great service, arranged everything by text and phone, came and collected car within a few days, I would highly recommend this company

All went very quick, no hassle.
