I have used this company in the purchase of my last 3 cars. It has highlighted issues not shown by sellers in 2 out of 3 purchases. I would highly recommend that everyone buying a used car use this service. The cost is minimal and service , customer service and follow up is excellent

I have been dealing with Cartell for many a year now, from a professional point of view & also a personal one, the customer support team are excellent, Colette in particular I have dealt with numerous times & she is brilliant, I highly recommend Cartell.

Thank to Cartell I didnt waste my money on the car that was writen off! The owner of the car said theres nothing wrong with the car itself, but I am always careful when it comes to cars, 20 euro is not much to save you all hassle, stress and extra money spent on repairs. Cant be more thankful to the lovely lady I was talking to as she was so professional, that I had information about car immidiately. Cant thank you enough for doing great job guys!

So.. If you consider buying car and dont want to fall into trap, please spend that 20e on full raport, and have peace of mind when buying it! Car may be looking lovely, but safety comes first!

Was a few hours away from buying a car and I said I’d chance a Cartell report. It’s fortunate I did because the car had been a CAT s write off in the UK before being imported to Ireland. The reports give a lot of detail and overall a great service.

Was about to buy the car of my dreams, all looked really well, I used Cartell premium, within minutes I received a full comprehensive report, with many major red flags, financing/milage/ ect, Colette and Gerldine from Cartell were fantastic, really helpful, easy to reach, on hand for many phone calls!! (Thanks Ladies) they explained all the issues to me and answered all my questions, above and beyond really, if your buying a car, get the check, and if your getting a check do it with Cartell, the fee is a small price to pay for peace of mind, and great service, they literally helped me dodge a E15,000 bullet.

I submitted a cartell check and noticed an issue within the history report of the vehicle in question. Within 15 minutes Collette of Cartell returned my call and provided all the information needed she was a tremendous help and a credit to the company.

Had to login in many times…. Went through all the steps then the payment page kept stalling….. the chat function is offline…. now I have no info and I have no idea if my payment went through and no report….. I’m trying to buy a car today and your service is an absolute joke….

I phoned Cartell and spoke with Colette who couldn't have been more knowledgeable and helpful - thank you Colette - this is a great service especially when there are a fair few people and garages selling imports with no previous history available until Colette told me how to check imports - brilliant!
I'm checking as I bought an import, it was fine, but I would avoid imports in the future if possible

I bought a report almost a year ago. And the owner had stated that the millage discrepancy was only an inputting issue which didn’t bother me. I am selling my car now and the issue I had with people not being interested due to the discrepancy caused me to loose the sale of the car. I contacted Cartell to see if they could just give me more information on the discrepancy so I could see if there was anything I could do(I wouldn’t have a clue how to do it). Geraldine contacted me via and live chat and then called me. She was so helpful over the phone and then said that she would try and fix the issue for me, providing I could give documentation on services, providing this she would submit the claim to the English department which deals with the millage and fix the cars millage discrepancy on importation. Two days later I get a call from Geraldine and the issue has been resolved. I couldn’t recommend a more helpful and better service. This is my first time leaving a review anywhere but the help I got I just had to. Thanks for all your help Geraldine!!!

Got a clear result and agreed to pay €21,000 for the car, when I went to transfer my Insurance, the Insurance Company advised the vehicle had been written off & they couldn’t put it on cover without an engineers report. Lucky for me, otherwise I would have trusted the Cartell report. This vehicle was not an import and only two years old

I recently used Cartell before buying the car I subsequently purchased. The report received was very comprehensive and thorough. The car had outstanding dealer finance which was highlighted. Several times I had to contact Cartell via web chat and phone and each time I dealt with Geraldine. She was extremely helpful, couldn’t have been nicer, answered all my questions promptly and even called me to let me know when the finance was cleared. Geraldine really went above and beyond for me as she knew I was anxious to secure the car. Would highly recommend and use again.
