Carter Travel Co was formed in November 2023 by Rachael and Murray Carter after many years dreaming of developing their own business. Carter Travel Co is a Private Hire specialist based in Southampton and covers the South Coast of the UK. We operate a fleet of high specification 8 seat passenger vehicles, and the business provides transport services for both the commercial and private hire markets. With a particular focus on the cruise, airport, education and commercial arenas, the business adopts a dynamic approach enabling it to cater for the general private hire market as well. Our Operator’s License and drivers’ Private Hire licenses are awarded by Eastleigh Borough Council. This ensures that our team are fully qualified to look after the safety and welfare of our customers. A fundamental part of our DNA is to deliver a superb level of customer service. This drives us to listen to our customers, understand what they want and then ensure that we deliver to their expectations. Whilst retaining a family feel, we are professional, focused and determined to make our business succeed.

Superb, executive service
Carter Travel and Murray Carter went above and beyond to help me organise airport transfers for several colleagues travelling from Dublin to the UK which involved two UK airports and 3 different flights - and return trips!! All went very smoothly for us and Murray kept me informed every step of the way. I would not hesitate to recommend this superb company to anybody wanting an executive service. Great all round service
Great all round service. The driver was friendly, accommodating and punctual. Both trips to and from the airport were stress-free. Highly recommend this well organised service.
