Amy was great from start of the process till the end when I received my title. She always followed up and kept me in the loop of where things were till completion.

They did a nice job on the paperwork but missed the expedited request at a hefty added fee by two weeks. When confronted, they claimed I signed off on this slow of a service. That was not how expedited is marketed.

You can do all of the steps yourself and their cos isn’t worth the speed.

Customer service was outstanding answered all of our questions promptly highly recommend using this company!

They sent me information about how to obtain the missing title for a vehicle I had purchased. That even included some of the forms I needed! One of the representatives contacted the individual to inform him of the procedures that could happen if I did not receive the title. That person contacted me the next day to arrange for a replacement title. I received it two weeks later! Well done!

Do your research before you send this company any payment! I sent them $2,121 for title work that they told me they could do, and they sent me some paperwork which was filled out incorrectly. Some of the forms that I was instructed to sign had false statements, so I could not legally sign these forms. I sent everything back to the company and asked for a refund. They threatened to use the Power of Attorney forms that I signed against me.
No ethics! True scammers! Beware!

SCAM!!! They won’t help you fill out the paperwork without a major attitude. WASTED $350! The papers they send you are a joke. I AM GOING TO DISPUTE MY CREDIT CARD’

Total SCAM. Currently waiting for a refund but I am not hopeful. All they do is literally email you forms you could get yourself off the DMV website and charge exorbitant fees for it. And they didn't even include all the forms I needed; my forms were sent back to me requesting a missing form. I filled out the missing form and sent everything back and 6 months later I still have no title. Their solution was to "resubmit the paperwork." They have ZERO ability to interface with the DMV about your paperwork too. Don't waste your money.

She stayed in touch as the time it took through my move, my moving company dropping the ball and leaving my w/o my things, my things finally arriving a month late and NO Title in the file.
Still she hung in there and now I finally have a replacement Title in hand and will be able to get my car registered here half way across the country.
She listened to my confusion, my frustration and after every contact I felt better.

I told them up front I did not need a court ordered title but rather a 3rd party title similar to Broadway Title from back in the day and they assured me that was the case. In reality all I got was paperwork for a court ordered title. In short, do not trust this company. They will tell you what you want to hear and then not deliver.

company did not follow through. the correct forms were not filled out, the proper amount not paid to the dmv, had to do all the work myself to get my title, and was told “we make no promises of getting your title.” “leave a bad review, people freakin’ love me.”

Long story, short... I bought a vehicle a few years ago of which I never received the Title for after several attempts. It was a shady small dealership where I bought the vehicle. Fast forward to a few months ago, and I came across CarTitles.com who helped me with getting a court ordered title. They took my information and made up a "starter" packet on what to initially provide the court to file my civil case, and some other important steps to take as well. It took some time and patience to complete everything, but I eventually got my hearing date and the judge granted and signed off on my order proposal to be awarded the vehicle title by the DMV.
