Was great at first. They screwed up the paperwork and drug the process out for longer than it should have been. The state rejected the application and required additional documentation. I took care of this on my own since it was taking too long for them to return calls or support the case.

A good part of the fee is what would be paid to the state. They decided to keep that and are refusing refusing to refund anything. The 180$ means nothing to me. However, the fact that others will read this and just not use their service will cost them far more. Should have offered the refund.

Knowledge of the legal system in my state. Their experience in wording is invaluable when trying to communicate with government bureaucratic agencies.

Quick response, detailed guide and well prepared documents.

This company just prints papers found on .gov websites and mails them. Does non of the work they promise. Don't even risk it because you can do all the work they can in 2 minutes without spending money.

I was very blessed to come across this company CarTitles.com. They were an answer to my prayers. They were able to assist me in getting the lien release off my car. They had attempted to get ahold of the original creditor but it was sold to or bought out by another company so there was no response from them. CarTitles gave me further instructions and were able to guide me on how to get the lien release and I was eventually able to get a clear title to my car.
