Sudden price change and non-disclosure of non-registered for VAT
You changed the price of the printer when I went to checkout (from R5080 to R5645), with the excuse that the promotion ended the previous day.
You also show "Tax included" with all your prices, but you nowhere warn a business buyer that you are not VAT registered. VAT on the item cannot be claimed back, which makes your price the most expensive for a business buyer that is VAT registered.

As communicated with our sales person who advised the website error by the web developer only a tax message on the single product view highlighted "tax included" but our online store has never been activated to charge VAT not even at checkout does it calculate VAT for any of our products...We find it unfair that as a customer you called to ask about the availability of the printer before purchasing but did not ask anything about the VAT.
We have references of all past buyers whom have not encountered any such VAT charge at checkout...you are making this up to discredit us and that's not cute.
