This was one of my first times ordering a phone case and I really wanted something unique and seeing the ad for carved I was shocked. The uniqueness in design is very beautiful and the fact it’s 1of1 feels personal. I kept getting emails to learn more about the company and love what they’re all for. Definitely recommending to others and I will be ordering from them again.

I got this case for a Samsung S25 Ultra and after 6 months it started expanding to the point that my phone falls out of it at the top. Kinda sucks cause I love the case and I cant return it. In my opinion its a nice case but not worth the money since it warps.

Finding a "slice" I would love was simple - too easy. The site was an intuitive to navigate, plenty of tempting offerings, and when it got overwhelming for so many lovely cases - I was able to simply narrow (by kind and color) to what I really wanted and compare those that were my taste. I received the case two days after I ordered it - and it is a work of art. Beyond the fit and function - it is truly one of a kind. I am extremely happy with the artistry and craftsmanship.

I have bought a few phone case from carved. I have loved them all. I previously had the iPhone cases but recently bought a Samsung ultra a d needed a unique protective fun case and knew to go look at carved. I found a live edge one and it's currently on my phone. Truthfully I feel like it's more protective than my iPhone ones. It has a awesome lip around the edge for even more protection and it's a snug fit

I was in the market for a new case anyway, and one that let my phone lie flat on a wireless charger. Well, I come across Carved and their cases are great to look at and don't feel so bulky on the phone. The uniqueness of the case is a plus.

Superb customer service! I ordered the wrong size case and without hesitation I was able to get it replaced asap. Carved offers exquisite unique one of a kind artwork and I received many compliments on them. This is my second one, and I’m hooked for life!:)

Just opened, and it looks great on my phone! It's very lightweight, which i enjoy. Very pretty, and speedy shipping time.

I had purchased a case from them before on sale and loved it. Decided to purchase one full price as a Christmas gift in December 2024.
The person I purchased the case for upgraded their phone last second so the case didn’t fit - no problem, I’ll just return it.

I reached out to their customer service through phone and was told to submit an email to return. I submitted an email and didn’t hear back for 5 days so I sent a follow up. After another 3 days of no answer I sent another follow up and was able to get in contact and start the return.

However, after they asked for more information, they never replied. I called in and explained the situation and they told me to submit another email request.

This entire cycle went on up until the 30 day mark at which point they told me I could not return the item as it’s passed 30 days.
The only reason it passed 30 days was because they intentionally ignored my help ticket/return request.

They’re still trying to not return my $160 despite the issue originating from them.

I will not be purchasing again nor recommending - poor customer service.
