Have back and hip problems

Have back problems, (slipped disc)also hip problems due to missing cartilage.
It feels great to have the chair there that I can program the type of massage required. Has been a great help in managing my condition as well as my wife's.

Brilliant chair

Brilliant chair, even better service!
Bought the AlphaSonic II massage chair and it’s incredible. So many customers rave about it after first try as it features lots of programmes, nice firm pressure, and does a proper full-body massage including great foot reflexology.
The chair has speakers tha can be connected to via bluetooth to play your own music. It doesn't take up too much space either.
The team were absolute stars:
Matthew was a top man. He talked us through all the functions and even did a follow-up check-in both before and after the delivery.
Elson delivered it right on time, set it all up, and couldn't do enough for us.
Krasen sorted us out with an extra remote quickly and was lovely to deal with.
Casada is lucky to have such a great, friendly team. It’s no wonder they have such highly rated customer reviews. We're so pleased with the whole experience that we’re already thinking of ordering a second chair soon.
Highly recommend!

Wrong motherboard parts sent. No return / refund is available for their mistake

Bought the Casada Hilton II with Model:CMS-454 in Melbourne Home Show. It stopped working in 7 years. Professional technician inspected and diagnose to the faulty of mother board. Contacted Casada head office in Germany. They said the motherboard was available. Buy one from them and ship to Australia. However it's not working when replaced it. Talked with their technician and he said he can't provide a correct version of motherboard and any other service. I contacted their sales representative to arrange a return for a refund. He replied as below;

Good morning.
We are currently undergoing preliminary insolvency proceedings and are unable to issue credit notes or refunds. We ask for your understanding and patience until an investor has taken over the company. Please contact us again from March onwards.

Bought a few items from this company UK…

Bought a few items from this company UK branch over the years and have truly benefit across the board. Has the Maxiwell then Twist massager/footin 2 but now have their betasonic3 massage chair which is something special we invested for our spa room for our Father. Their customer servicing is great too and I trust them alot

No Response From Customer Service

I telephoned more than once.
I have found it disappointing nobody has taken the trouble to reply to the voicemail I left, over one week ago and I continue to wait for a reply. The recorded message clearly states ‘please leave a message after the tone and someone will return your call as soon as possible.’
