Love the case! High quality and I trust putting my high end watches in this case. The Kota design was the selling point as it’s so unique. Might buy another soon!

It should be much more clear that if shipped to the United States that there will be import fees.
I have yet to receive my product. Import fees and taxes are ridiculous. The total amount that I payed for this product with shipping and fees just crazy. I could’ve kept my business here in the US and I could’ve bought three of them for less than I paid. Instagram got me again!!! Have no ideal about product, still waiting for delivery.

I still haven't received the case yet? I ordered 8 cases and only recieved 6? Not sure what's going on here but I'm no supporting this brand any longer.

I like the product
I like the product. I disliked the speed of delivery, I didn't like, that I had to pay custom. When I order stg from China (Ali, Wish, Temu, Shein), those items are custom paid, and delivery is faster.

The safest way to transport your expensive watches
Great quality and in wonderful colours too. Always one in my tennis bag so I can safe store my watch in there while playing and then wear the watch back when done.

My issue has all been around delivery
My issue has all been around delivery, timescale not to bad but I live approximately 40/50 miles from sender, the on-line experience at best was poor and confusing more concerned about signing up for other services ! Wrong dates for expected delivery, eventually got message with delivery time, the time passed when a neighbour called with the package which had been delivered to them 4 house away this despite may address being correctly printed. When the case was open it was found to be crushed and mishap end and squashed on one side , it can still be used but looks poor. I have purchased several items from case in time all very good quality and finish , this has been very disappointing it was a limited edition “ NASA “ case even the stickers where damaged, I want be sending it back put down to delivery company and bad luck.

Great stylish protection for your watches
I am really impressed by the cases Produced by Case in Time, I feel my watches are safe and protected by the cases…. I now have 6 I love my 3 Time & Tide collaboration donuts and the NASA….. and I certainly intend to buy a few more.
