Franco gave me really good tips and self confidence. I’ve not landed an offer, but made it to Bain final round

Franco was an excellent case interview coach, knowledgeable, structured, and highly practical. His feedback helped me improve my problem-solving skills and confidence significantly. I highly recommend him to anyone preparing for case interviews

Excellent preparation for McKinsey Solve! It makes it easy to prepare all three games and get comfortable with the format and time pressure.

What I liked most was being able to practise repeatedly and apply the feedback straight away. I felt more confident with each run and had a much clearer idea of how to approach the assessment. Highly recommended for anyone who wants structured, practical preparation for Solve!

I reached out to Franco for my consulting preparation when I had absolutely no idea how to approach the process. He helped me build a structured preparation plan step by step and walked me through how I should approach each stage.

His guidance gave me the discipline and clarity to work through my consulting preparation systematically, right from building the foundation to practicing cases.

What really sets Franco apart, though, is how empathetic and invested he is as a coach. He never made the experience feel transactional. Once I onboarded with him, I genuinely felt that my success became something he cared deeply about as well.

He is incredibly humble, down to earth, and thoughtful in the way he coaches. Working with him was both enriching and productive, and I would gladly work with him again in the future.

Thanks a lot, Franco!

Excellent coach and case preparation!

Extremely nice to have access to such an experienced professional - allows you to get clear, unfiltered, and unbiased feedback needed to rapidly improve.

Highly recommend!

Franco was an excellent case coach. He was very structured, thoughtful, and constructive throughout the session, and his feedback was both specific and immediately actionable. He did a great job identifying the areas I needed to improve while also explaining clearly how to approach them differently. I left the session with a much better understanding of how to structure my thinking and communicate more effectively during a case interview. I would highly recommend him to anyone preparing for consulting interviews.

Franco is extremity intelligent and experienced in general, and specifically in what he is coaching. He has a ton of experience. Furthermore he is an exceptional teacher. To the point, structured and actionable feedback. My only advice to his candidates is to start training w Franco early! Give oneself time to integrate and absorb the learnings.

Franco did an amazing job with the interview prep. His experience really shines and he managed to make my interview from good to very good in just one run. 10/10 Recommend

I am preparing for an engineering role in BCG X, without any prior case interview experience. I did several mock sessions with Franco, and not only were the cases well-designed to test my technical and consulting skills, but he was also very straightforward yet positive to provide insightful feedback. I was glad to find lots of them helped directly in the following interviews. I highly recommend to someone who just begins to look for case preparation. Thank you, Franco!

Franco was a remarkable coach. What made it so useful was that he used a real-life case study and gave room for me to drive the case forward - very similar to the real interview experience.

The feedback was constructive and he was willing to go above and beyond in his advice to make sure I ace not only the case but also the FIT part.

Working with Franco was one of the best decisons I made.

His coaching significantly elevated the quality of my preparation and helped me approach interviews with a much more structured, confident, and effective mindset. Beyond simply practicing cases, he helped me understand what top consulting firms are really looking for and how to consistently demonstrate those qualities during interviews.
The sessions were highly practical, targeted, and tailored to my specific weaknesses. His feedback was always direct, actionable, and focused on the areas that would have the biggest impact on my performance.

As a result, I was able to substantially improve both my case-solving skills and my overall interview performance, ultimately securing an offer from BCG.

What I appreciated most was his ability to quickly identify gaps in my approach and provide feedbacks to address them. He combines deep knowledge of the consulting recruitment process with a genuine commitment to helping candidates succeed.

I would strongly recommend him to anyone preparing for consulting interviews, especially those targeting top-tier strategy consulting firms such as BCG, Bain, or McKinsey.

Franco is an exceptional coach. Drawing on his insider POV as a BCG Principal, he delivered targeted, high-value insights for both fit and case sections. Incredible feedback. Highly recommend him for your case prep journey.

As a former MBB consultant, I was initially hesitant about whether I needed a coach when considering a boomerang move. I am so glad I chose to work with Franco. He is kind, highly effective, and deeply knowledgeable about the nuances of specific firms and roles. Having worked with other coaches in the past, Franco stands out because of his genuine investment in your success—he customizes cases around your specific strengths and weaknesses and always makes time for quick tactical questions outside of session. I performed very well in my interviews and truly enjoyed the experience.

I definitely enjoyed receiving very practical tips on how to approach the initial prompt and the framework. I could also ask dditional questions and the coach did not mind if we ran a bit out of time due to that

Great coach! Always available and interested in making you succeed in the interviews
