I came to have my screen fixed in my iPhone in their Wellington branch, the staff was very friendly but when I came back to receive my fixed phone they said the home button is not working. And he said he could fix it and it would take a few hours. So I waited and upon my return I was told it’s still broken and I should come the next day. But the next day he didn’t manage to fix it and I had to come back again. It lasted for two weeks now the home button was supposed to be fixed last week but when I arrived home it didn’t work properly, and it would activate itself iteratively without me touching it. It is draining my battery and event thought I was told it’s a new button it split in half by itself the next day. Now I am told it my fault and they cannot help me. Never have I received such a poor explanation and I also want to warn other of using this services. The quality is awful, you can be only sure that once they break something they will charge you for it too and refute so take any reclamation.
I regret using this service as now my phone is worse than wo TJ the broken screen.

We visited the Kings Heath Birmingham Store as our daughters iPhone 7 had a software issue and was stuck in an on/off cycle and could not be used.

The guys behind the counter we're friendly, knowledgeable and said they would reset the phone and explained what that involved and the price and we was given a timeframe to return.

We returned to bad news that the phone software reset had failed and the guys offered to do this again and try it differently.

Again we returned and the phone wasn't behaving as it should so the guys said they'd give it another go so we left it longer just in case.

Sadly when we came back we was told that the phone couldn't be reset and the pre-existing damaged screen could be inhibiting the software.

We was advised that a replacement screen could help which we had already booked with Timpsons (that review is also on Trustpilot!) and appreciated all their efforts.

They guys did not charge us for any of their time (10am - 4pm with 3 software attempted) as they could not complete the reset and we was amazed.

Genuinely honest fair trading guys who know their stuff and are willing to help. We will always consider them in the future.

An absolute 5 star recommendation!

Had issue with purchased phone's offered refund on 3rd attempt decided to take a Blackberry Torch all fine now.
