Company representatives made this an easy transaction when my previous finance company tried to make it hard by failure to release the lien. the driver who got the car from our…was really nice just need to have his truck with all equipment to arrange any towing service
the driver who got the car from our yard did not have the information he had to call back to confirm even when he got the car on the tow truck letting me know that may had to drop the car, finally how we got all the text and confirmation the tow truck driver got the car, hope next time the dispatcher on your side provide the towing company all information for the drivers had no issues on the future

The guy I spoke with , said his name was Jose , and everything i felt uneasy because I've never heard of yaws company. He kinda acted rude and impatient, with made me feel like I was trying to be scammed. But then I called the main compartment # and the woman was so nice and informed me how things work ...so I felt good enought to proceed with the sell ... thank yaw
