My wife done a form and email them have not heard back from them they won’t reply and they already took the money off the card

Haven’t received anything. They take the money and don’t pay you. I’ve tried to contact support a few times now.

RESPONSE TO COMMENT: You don't even follow your own rules and protocols. The email after submitting says you will hear something within 8 hours. And your website says 24 hour payout. Here we are 6 days later and absolutely no response.

You get real defensive of people calling you a scammer but that's exactly what you are.

I have yet to relieve any type of response from this company.

It's funny that their website boast how authentic and trustworthy they are.

The only thing you can trust is that they will deplete the funds on your giftcard as soon as you submit a form and absolutely ignore you.

DO NOT sell you giftcards to these people. You submit a form, get an email that says you will hear something in 8 hours, buy during that 8 hours, they spend your money.
Support@ cashifygc.com is a joke. They don't respond. Their "live chat" is a joke.

Well I just submitted my 2 cards that I had as a birthday gift, I hope there are not any issues as I need the money for surgery next week. Really want to give them a 5star fingers crossed it works. Submitted pictures of the card, the amount and the receipt. Holding my breath bit everyone is saying they are scammers. Now I am worried. Will update tomorrow as today is the 4th of July

I did call them and they said the money was not there... If you are working on processing them then that would be nice to know it's been over 8 hours and no email no money on the cards. I will wait until Monday in hopes that you have processed them or released the funds... Call and check for yourself. I know they were new I sent the receipt with my cards

I had sold my $300 vanilla visa gift card on 6-24-24.
The money was used to have Hockey cards graded from a company called COLLX INC on 6-24-24.
James had emailed me back on 6-26-24 saying he will look into this and get back to me. Then again on 6-28-24 I received the same email from James that he will look into this and get back to me.
It’s now 7-1-24 and I have heard nothing and still haven’t received a penny.

I didn't even want to put 1 star, they robbed me of my $200 target gift card almost immediately after submitting my details. I have wrote countless emails without any response, if only I had looked up these reviews first. dont see a reply button to their previous reply and not trying to add to the high volumes of poor ratings but I DO want to provide an update for Cashify GC and in fact anyone thinking of using their service. I did reach out to AMAZON fraud and security dept and was able to verify that it was in fact this company who transferred the balance of the card without ANY SORT OF PAYOUT!!! Cashify you have 2 choices since you seem to respond quickly with awareness of what you called " invalid" card you then have my phone number and paypal account. I am waiting on a fed ex over the weekend with the bank statement from family member who bought the card for me before I escalate it further to the FTC, AMAZON and anyone else that will listen. You may not care and invite it until agents are auditing your business asking a bunch of uncomfortable questions that you will have to account for or you can pay the $154 that you offered for a card that you CASHIFYGC already used in the amount of $200 into my pay pal, chime or cash app account by the end of the weekend and this posting and storm that WILL be coming your way begins on Monday. That is not to include the refund that AMAZON will withdraw from your account to reimburse me after filing charges. Your Choice

I was under the impression there would be an instant payment . It wasn't! So if you want instant payment find a different way.
I was alittle concerned and thought I had gotten scammed and then the money for the egift card showed up in my account about 2 weeks in all of waiting. So they are legit and have excellent prices on the fees . They are just slow and I understand there is a process so it may be a good thing for them not to advertise instant cash and be sure the customers know .

I had initially left a review regarding selling my $100 eBay gift card to cashify. It took a few days but I eventually got a response and received the fund as it was estimated on their website through PayPal.

I made a trade of $50 with my visa prepaid gift card and my money was immediately took but now customer service ignores my message and dont text back? i just wanted my money sent because it was an EMERGENCY so if cashify go if you see this could you please process my payment through. On 5-23-24 I submitted a BestBuy gift card of $500, the immediately took the money and all I've received is an email saying they will look into it. Payment was supposed to be within 24hours and here we are almost a month later and still no more replies. I've emailed them 2-3 times a week and nothing.

Says it’ll take 8 hrs however there is very little communication just a guessing game. Balance immediately removed no time frame on funds returned.
Most likely lost $100 gift card. I would not recommend

I had a gamestop giftcard for $119.11 and they depleted the card the same day I submitted the form and still no payment or email like come on I have kids and now I'm screwed out of to me a lot of money!!!

Only took about a day from when I messaged them letting them know I hadn't been paid for them to pay me through paypal. Thanks guys!!

Update: I woke up with the money in my account. I'm super glad I did- but the only thing is - the advertising was completely inaccurate. If you don't use cashapp - remove the option. And if the transaction is going to take a week- don't advertise it as this super quick and easy process.

Less people will be angry and less.panicky if you advertise accurately abd know what to expect.

But I was paid today- and for that I am super grateful. But when everyone doesn't get paid right away and it takes weeks- of course we're going o be grateful when we get paid. Because we all are thinking we got scammed. And we're just happy to not have Been slammed. That's manipulative.

I dont want someone else to struggle like I did. If I had known it was going to take a week or two I wouldn't have been so stressed out. Becaue i wouldnt have used the site. But the money did come though! So if you got a.week or 2 to wait- and you know the second you enter your gift card number they take the money off instantly - than go for it.

Cashify gc is a complete scam it’s been months and yet still nothing from them don’t do it if your looking to sell your cards these criminals will take your money in minutes leaving u frustrated and without anything but a judge run around if your lucky I filled with the better business bureau on these crooks and will be pursuing this scam till the end submitted multiple cards read my other reviews for exact details

UPDATE as promised (6/18/24): did receive an email after sending a follow up after 2 days, said was looking into it and would get back to me. 2 days later I received payment to my PayPal for the full amount of the gift card, with no cut taken out for them. I do appreciate that. Updating rating from 1 star to 3. However, due to the uncertain nature and the gap between promises and actual actions, and given the scores of other negative reviews from people who I'm not certain were taken care of, I still do not recommend doing business with this website. [Original post] Stop me if youve heard this one: I submitted the details for a $50 Amazon gift card this morning and an email said if I didn't hear back in 8 hours, the card has not been accepted. Much more than 8 hours later, no word from anyone, but my card has definitely been redeemed! I don't buy the argument that there's too little staff support to respond to submissions in a timely manner (especially when timeliness is part of the sales pitch) because they sure redeemed the card pretty quickly. I'm sure I will be receiving payment to my PayPal account in the next couple days, in which case I will update this review. After all, "At Cashify GC, we adhere to ethical practices and do not support the use of stolen or unauthorized gift cards."

My money was taken off my gift card almost immediately but I am still waiting to be paid. You really should not say 8 hours, it is now over 24 hours later. I have paypal so I'm not sure what is taking so long.
