I went to the store to get a payday loan he suggested a line of credit which works perfect for me I need cash on the go all I have to do is go online. Staff were friendly and fast I have absolutely no complaints.

This was my first experience with Cash Money, and based on how things went, it will likely be my last.

I initially contacted them on a Thursday to ask if it was possible to complete the loan process over the phone. I was told that it was, and that I just needed to send over my ID and a few documents. I sent everything they requested around 6:30 PM and was told I’d receive a call back within 10 to 15 minutes.

I never received a call, so I followed up around 8:00 PM—no answer. I called again at 8:15 PM and finally got through to someone, who said he’d call me back in five minutes. That call never came either. The office closed shortly after.

Since they were closed for Good Friday, I called again Saturday morning. I was asked to re-send all of my documents, which I did, and again was told I’d receive a call shortly. After two hours with no response, I followed up again and was informed I had missed sending my banking information. I sent it over immediately and was told the loan would be approved once they received it.

Several more hours passed with no response. I called once again and was then told—completely contradicting everything up to that point—that they couldn’t process loans over the phone and that I would need to come in person.

I don’t drive, so I had to take a cab to the nearest location, which cost me $30. Once I arrived, I was asked to provide all the same documents again—despite having already sent them twice. Fortunately, I had brought copies. I then waited over an hour in the store for the loan process to be completed, only to be told that I was approved for just $100, which was surprising given my steady income and the effort involved.

Overall, the experience was frustrating and inefficient. I spent two days going back and forth, was given conflicting information throughout, and ended up spending $60 on transportation—only to receive an insulting loan offer.

I wouldn’t recommend Cash Money based on this experience. The lack of clear communication and follow-through made the entire process far more difficult than it needed to be.

Id much rather talk/deal with whomever is above the people who work in store.
Weather that be the specialists , ‘headquarters’ . Idc .. Theyre nicer , faster & Easier to get along wit.
The people who work @ both locations Idylwyld & 22nd are useless IMO. (:
