I called the cash store about a problem I had and a store manger in Rowlett Daniel took the time to help me. I was given wonderful customer service and pointed to the right direction to have my problem resolved. I talk to a wonderful person who did more research to help me Mr Joe thank you. I recommend the Cash store for providing excellent quality customer care and support I would give more stars if I could.

This company is a SCAM they stole $23 plus dollars from me from my pay pal and I don't know who they are, never ever used them and they tried to take from me 3x. I contacted Pay Pal about this unusual and unauthorized transaction and pay pal could not help me. I have been with Pay pal for over 7 years and I use my pin or fingerprint to authorize transactions. I worked hard for my money and that was apart of my rent money due today, PayPal had me speak to three different people who didn't help me and they said that I need to reach out to this scammer after I already authorized for a transactions that I authorized this was not one of them I don't even know this place I don't know anyone in San Jose California and I never even used store cash I didn't even know what that was. PayPal solution to me which was no solution is that they can refund me the money back January 3rd when my rent is due today. I have had a situation happen with PayPal before but never like this. Once I get the rest of my money off my PayPal I am closing this account and I will be done with them completely because they did not help me it seemed like they were more on the side of the scammer and said to me well they have a phone number why don't I call them and see what's going on and I'm like if your PayPal and I've been a loyal customer to you guys for all of these years why do I have to call why can't you block this person because I don't even know who or what they are and why were they authorized to get anything from me I don't know who they are I've never used them before and only I have access to my card , financially I would remember something like that. I was not given a reference ID, only a name with the third person as they kept transferring me over I was not able to speak with the manager and I was not able to have any reference for those phone calls like I told them it's recorded on their end but not mine so they were not helpful to me at all and when I called this scam place someone named Sam answered and wanted my information and I told them first of all I don't even know who you are you guys stole from me this morning and tried to take out three times declined I don't even know how you have my information no I do not feel comfortable providing you with my personal information or my first and last name so she was not of help. Like I told her I don't know anyone in San Jose California I barely know anyone in California and I don't even know this company. I gave the situation to God and I'm believing for my money to be refunded and woe unto to any party
involved that thought it was going to rob from me a hard-working child of God and get away with it. Trust me the blood of Jesus is against you you will never prosper or be blessed for taken from me and I don't even know who you are in Jesus name. I had to leave a one-star review to leave a review but you don't even get that I leave you a negative zero. My experience with Cash Store has been very positive and very great as long as you pay your fees on time you don’t have any problems and they’re willing to help and very caring. I don’t have anything bad to say about them

The cash store located at 1017 E Trinity Mills Road suite 112 Carrolton Texas 75006 is requesting additional documentation to verify my identity that are not considered eligible in the eyes of the government to verify your identity! They requested a gun permit! Not a passport, not a birth certificate or a SSN card but an unacceptable gun permit! This store definitely should be investigated for discriminatory and unfair practices!

This scam with pre-approved has been going on for years. Last 2 years I also was pre approved. 1st time I got a letter saying I was pre approved for $950. Took all the documents down to them and I was denied.
2nd time. I applied and called the about the loan. I told them what happens 1st time and that I would have to Uber to them and where they sure I would the loan cause I used my last 12 dollars to Uber to the The cash store. I was told that they gave a 95 percent approval and I shouldn't worry
I got to the with all documents and was denied again. Walked 12 miles home. Took most of the night.
Now, I tried again today and pre approved $950 dollars.
I filled out another application and didn't put in a social security number and birthday was today's date. 09/17/2024. For approved for $950.
This is a scam and a wast of time and money.

Do not trust this, you can easily put yourself in a bigger pit. If you are having financial issues i recommend literally anything but these types of places. Protect yourself and your wallet.

Your people called me for my payment and l gave her my information, instead of her taking my payment, she took out the full balance out of my check and now l can’t pay my other bills, they said that cooperate CANNOT DO ANYTHING BECAUSE ITS BEING PROCESSED. They can only let me have another loan, which l feel is a trap for me to borrow more money!! I never missed a payment and that was my second loan!! They are not trust-worthy, and a customer would have better luck just letting whatever bill they are trying to cover go unpaid or go hungry instead of dealing with this company.

The young lady Wendy in Abilene was great even with the hiccups we incurred. She was very relaxed and helpful.

Very nice employees. It's one of few companies that are that way anymore. My advice is, don't take out a loan with collateral if you know you can't pay it back.

I took out a Title Loan on a Car that was worth 4 times the amount of my Loan. I had to buy a tire, and pay Rent. The car was my Source of income being an Uber/Lyft Driver. It took 4 days to get the tire Shipped to me.(losing money) I made my First Payment, plus late payments. After that, things Started happening to my car; oil leaks, Battery dying, even my loan agreement Missing from Glove Compartment, and Receipt from Toyota of $1200 of work I had done on the Car 6 months ago. Then Alternator stopped, Someone was Sabotaging my Car. I knew they were getting in it. But I never could Catch them. Someone Followed me around, destroying my vehicle so I couldn’t drive it to Uber to make money to pay my loan. They knew I was a Single, struggling and basically Homeless woman. Had just Lost my Son, in the State of Texas with no help.
My Church gave me the Car, 2010 Toyota 180,000 mi. The car was driving fine.
I can’t remember how I owed…$1800?once I had it towed to The Cash Store. But I remembered seeing this Guy sitting in his Car, Smiling at me ( I guess he was smiling because the Successful Stole my car)

We make our own choices . Ya I screwed up on a $4000 loan with no choice . Yes the interest rate is ridiculous. Was my choice for doing it now I have to pay back it sucks.

I finally can get some relief and not be so stressed out. I walk into this cash store and they previously already got copies of everything I just needed more activity on my bank account that I've had for 3 years. So I'm going there and they tell me what they need and I was like well I'll just download it like I did at the other store? You have to manually hook up to their printer. I said with wifi or what? Apparently they had been having issues with Androids hooking up to their printer. But I-phones not a problem. & they do not have internet. I especially never heard of a cash loan or title loan place.l not having no access to the internet. I asked is there any way I can email to someone, or message, or share-live it. Nope, can't do. I asked if I could use someone's hotspot. Nope neither of them had hot spots. I've never heard of the store that has no source of Internet and they absolutely just cannot help me . I said so people with Androids apparently just get shunned because they have Androids instead of iPhones and they said no they just go make hard copies of the check stubs and the bank statements I said really I asked is there any way that I could just email it to someone or message to someone or share someone and you know I asked if there's a hotspot or I mean I asked anything and any possible way that I didn't have to leave the store just to get copies that's right there in front of me. They said no and tell me that probably I could go to the library or could go to Fed Ex or Office Depot. Mind you it's 5:00pm in the afternoon and this is the time you don't want to go out driving because Tylers wonderful traffic is absolutely horrible!! So now I have to spend gas that I do not have and I have to spend money to make copies. I go across the street to Walgreens, and I figured it's on my phone they should be able to help you know transfer your documents and just make copies for me well they cannot make copies on paper they had to make copies in picture paper it's just picture of my bank statement shows picture of my paycheck stub , forms they needed copies of. I go all the way across the street to them not to mind you my account is now -$3.46 for the copies I made & now I have no bars showing for gas. Just so she can make a phone call & ask if they can take can't take the copies, & say that's why I called you to make sure before I inform the customer I told her they said they couldn't put it on paper. We would have 5o scan the and they will turn black. I can not believe I waisted 2hours of my time for absolutely nothing. No I'm sorry ma'am we couldn't help you, or even have a good day. She gave me back my copies and said we can't take the. So now my day's gotten really good . I do not have enough gas to make it home & could of happen at the worst timing. I'm negative $3.46 because I printed useless information and that's all they needed. Not to mention it is now 6:00 and traffic in Tyler's way more horrible than it was at 5:00. I didn't get nothing from them not even apology that they can help me just nothing it was actually made me feel that they just didn't want to help me. I did not get no apology from them or even a remark when they told me that they cannot use that and not even hey thank you or I'm sorry we cannot help you or good bye or good night.You know the gestures you make when you're in customer service. Well I'm not recommending this store or at this location for anyone to go there I'm not saying that all the stores are like that or all the employees are like that but I wanted to share this experience, cuz apparently they haven't lived without because otherwise they would have been more helpful. The cash store in pampa is fantastic. Lisa is so sweet and she is very informative. Lisa has always been so helpful when it comes to getting your loan online or instore. This stire has the most friendliness customer service you could ask for. They get you in and out with no issues. Its a pleasure to do business with the Pampa Cash store.
