Opened an account and it was rubbish gameplay decided to close my account and had a balance under £10, but they are refusing to pay it out. Their own T&Cs says payment will still be made if you contact customer services, which I did. They still refused! That's my money! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED, AVOID AVOID AVOID!!
Please do not deposit on this site, I withdrew £200 and never received it, left pending their end 13/6/26 and that's the last I saw of it, spoke to live chat and got the normal reply 2/3 working days to end up in my bank, didn't happen, sent emails to prove it and now I'm ghosted, they are based in USA so if you like me live the UK you can kiss your withdrawals goodbye..I'd give them 0 stars if I could because they certainly don't even deserve 1 star..I'm going to cut my loses and play casinos that are UK based..if after reading my review and think it won't happen to you think again because it will, if I can save one person then my job is done
Avoid at all cost I won £450 when I with drew sent all the documents they asked for they closed my account and refunded me my 20 pound deposit and advised they can close accounts without valid reason they are a scam

Cheats. Taken money from my bank account but won’t let me log on. Customer service is basically a sham. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
Avoid if you want to keep your money and sanity. They’ll lie until they run outa things to say then they’ll kick you out of the chat and site.
Bonus offered, I applied it twice on each of my 2 deposits with them however the bonus was never applied. Apparently I never opted in on both occasions so I’m at fault and I need to deposit again, 3rd time lucky hopefully I get the bonus this time round!
Actually I’m not going deposit it again because of my experience with my last deposits.

I deposited with the new customer offer and managed to have a small win. The Tuesday deposit promotion is also quite good. The only problem is they won't let me withdraw. They requested standard documents (fair enough), however this was submitted 3 working days ago and no response. Live chat just tells me to wait, with no time frame. Would of been 4 or 5 stars however since I cannot withdraw its a 1
