Fun games but tight slots

Fun games but if playing SC, the RTP sucks most days! The slots are really tight most of the time. You might finally get lucky and be able to cash out. When you do, redemptions take FOREVER! Redemption process is as follows: up to 3 business days to review and approve the redemption. Once approved, Redemption still takes between 5-10 BUSINESS days!! Never been on a site that takes this long to redeem winnings. Customer service (chat) is pretty decent.

I won at casino click on April 27th and have been trying to redeem ever since. It took 2 and a half days for KYC and the rest of the time I have been waiting for my redemption request to be approved. It's the 4th at 9pm and still my request has not been approved. Even after approval they say it will take another 72 hrs to hit my account. That's a Bitcoin withdrawal. If I wanted it to my bank account they actually said it would take 10 days after approval to hit my bank!!!! Customer service is short and really bordering on outright rudeness. It's very clear this casino will do just about anything to not have to pay in a timely manner. I only won $100. It should be quick and painless, but it's the exact opposite. I love the platform. They have great games, but I doubt I'll ever play there again because this is absolutely ridiculous. I'm beginning to wonder if they are going to pay me at all. I'm going to rate this casino with 1 star. If they ever happen to pay me I will come back and update.

You can’t get verified

You can’t get verified. I sent my drivers license 5 times and still not verified. I lost plenty of money and can’t seem to win anything. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I understand losing is a part of gambling, but to blatantly cheat your customers is absurd. Without the customer you have no business at all.
