Since there was no confirmation from your side, your requests were rejected. Sometimes these emails go to the Spam or Junk folder, so we always advise players to check those as well. This casino I wanted to give a good 4 stars. I couldn't get over the horrible customer service that I have experienced. Old school lady who uses companies that take pride in their customers and customer service skills. These casinos with chats with kids working from home is ridiculous, after this time after three tries she threw anything out at me and closes the chat sends me to the survey then when she saw that I was giving her 1 ⭐ and review she closed it I never got a chance to give my review. Her name said mirna. The games are loose so far I just signed up for this one. Customer service really needs work I will not spend any money until it's fixed. I would be embarrassed.
