I keep having bad experiences with this one. Especially when it comes to the promotions. Today I figured why not and gave them another try. I did the Febuary blitz 50 percent bonus. I spun through maybe 20 bucks then my balance dropped from 65 to 35. No high roller by any means. The support guy said when wagering is met the bonus is subtracted from your balance which is fine. I thought the bonus wagering would be higher than what I put in however. But no apparently I needed only to wager 20 for 25. That seems unlikely and as usual the support guys are kinda dinks so I decide to play the free spins. I accidentally forfeit the clean deposit free spins. No biggie right. I talked to three diffrent support staff would not help me. I use would cuz could implies a willingness to help. This is my I don't know 5th maybe sixth time where this casino leaves a not so good taste in my mouth. I can neither suggest or warn off other players. I just know my experience is pretty negative and whatever happened today with the wagering deduction was just dumb. Im not gonna give them a buck more.

I would have gave them 5 stars atleast 4 before they stole 200 from me. They first told me I couldnt withdrawal because I needed to play thru 140 more dollars because the bonus and next thing I know right as I reached it an was about to withdrawal my 200 my account balance magically goes to zero and ive had multiple people tell me different things but the last one said was I was playing with free play ( even though I deposited 15 in the game ) and once I cashed out the 50 dollars I won then the remainder of my balance will be lost. But since ive deposited money, and also talked to multiple people who said its just because the play thru was theonly reason i couldnt withdrawal again and way over 24 hrs since my last withdrawal that I was playing with my money. But when I notice my account went from over 200 to 0 I messaged em just to be told they're sorry they messed because they extra money shoulda left my account immediately after the withdrawal and when I asked how they know what money came from bonus or what came from my first buy in of 15 ? Update with My log : Drfacey. I would appreciate a quick reply. We are going on a month. It too bad 40 emails have not been responded to but this has. The response reconfirming my account had not been approved, but not addressing the previous encounters.

I tried to log in and my account was closed. I tried getting details from support but had to log in to do so. I don't ever remember playing here so I was surprised to learn it was deactivated. I opened another account for the purpose of learning details of deactivation. I was advised the account could not be open and was ASVISED that the closed account could not be reopened but I was welcome to deposit via crypto on new account per life support, I sent emails to the Support team, pit boss in general email Support advising them of the situation and trying to get details on why my account was previously deactivated. No response. I returned to live chat where they assured me. Everything was fine and once I complete another identity check I'd be good to go. It was refreshing to know that they advised me upfront that it was a 3 to 4 day process for verification. I thanked them for being upfront. They advised me I wouldn't be able to collect the welcome bonus, but I'm good to deposit. I asked to do the verification form for withdrawals, which I did. No response was followed up on this verification, and After two weeks, 40+ deposits. I finally cashed for 150 bucks. I was asked to do the verification. Again. Within 12 hours of finishing my verification I was advised my account would be closed. The money would be seized and this was final. $800 deposited, 55 chats sessions, not one person had the decency to advise me. Verification was originally sent within the first $100 of deposits, I would have been a little disappointed if they gave me this news. But $800-$1200? I'm trembling just thinking about it. Absolutely no words. The deserve no words. I'm almost in tears writting this, I have debilitating conditions, and I come here fora few hours of relief. Some relief. And for this reason, I'd advise anyone to please show your support so they will return what they stooped to dangerously low levels to steal. update 2/1: not a damn thing. No way to reach anyone affiliated with casino. Can't log in , cant get anyone from sister casinos. Zero email responses.

I made my first deposit on a promo. Furst deposit, no max cash out, no wagering, etc.. supposedly unlimited. As my balance went up a message popped up saying i completed the wager requirements and took my balance. I was like wtf what wager if it was a no wager promotion.. Support kept saying i finished the wager when i would tell them what wager if it was a no wager bonus, kept asking what wager amd they just kept saying i finished it so it was automatically removed. Scamming people and issues never resolved by support, this was like a week or two ago and they have the nerve to keep sending me "no wager" codes probably trying to scam me some more.
