would give 0 stars if possible. made a big deposit tonight, once deposit was made the site crashed then an error message popped up saying ''' site under maintenance '' I cannot login, i cannot contact support. they have my money but there is no way to login to play. this site as stolen my money been trying now for over an hour and the site is still saying under maintenance. Please don't use this company. I deposited by normal VISA very easily and did that twice. Managed to win. They of course, don't let you withdraw and it has nothing to do with any bonus rules or play through needed as I took no bonuses. They don't let you withdraw because they "are currently having withdrawal issues through VISA".

I'm literally shaking as I can't get my money and they offer now only a withdrawal through MasterCard or Bitcoin. I have neither of these.

This is absolutely disgusting and disgraceful how this company is allowed to function. They take the money so easily and literally refuse to let you withdraw it.

DO NOT USE SCAM, Staff downright rude, still messaging me with silly comments after account closed, o way to withdraw see other reviews, you will be jumping through hoops. I have never left a review for anything before but I want to warn any would be members that this so called company is beyond belief. I have read the other reviews seen people that have lost a few hundred euros well this was 27k unfortunately for me. Very long story short I deposited 500 had an unbelievable run on roulette and cashed out 27k. Getting verified was a joke took to long and I was being fobbed off eventually got accepted. Once accepted I tried to withdraw it was a joke. Bitcoin accounts would not go through with no explanation so after a few day I opened a new bank that was a Mastercard account, I could still not withdraw. After several conversations with this weird company and after saying that I was trying to build the trust with them by finally getting a withdrawal accepted then I would start playing more money they accepted a 500 euro withdrawal then another then another and then 1 more so 2000 euro's in total. Then all of a sudden my withdrawal request was declined (500 max withdrawal) they would not come back to me and it was dodgy I knew they had been monitoring the gaming or lack of it and knew I was not going to play I was going to cash out! Then the bs excuses started. They said there was a problem with my bank (More lies) I told them that I spoke to bank and no problem then they told me I was in breach of there T&Cs because I had another account (More lies) they said there was some confusion and it looked like I had set up another account but realized I had not!!! They told me I could now withdraw again(6 weeks in now) My withdrawal was cancelled! another 5 days trying to get hold of them finally I did, they said my manager had been calling me for 5 days but I never picked up. I asked them to read my mobile to me they gave me a number id never heard of even though my manager and others had called me before on my mobile to offer promotions etc (so more lies) Then the final piece of BS they rejected my latest withdrawal because apparently they could not accept a card if a withdrawal has been rejected on it so I now needed a new mastercard in my name. I had a feeling it was dodgy at verifying stage and I was proved right. PLEASE listen I joined this shower of s*** because I am on Gamstop I thought id had a bit of luck but I was wrong. They take your money they DO NOT PAYOUT Simple as that.

I’d actually like to right a few wrongs about this casino on here. My experience began much like every one else’s. I never read the ts and can, who does. Let’s be honest if your gambling here it’s because you have GamStopped yourself anywhere else. So this isn’t as simple and putting £50 in Sky bet and taking a win. They have several quirks and are Russian based. 1 - you can only deposit with a MasterCard debit card or Bitcoin. 2 - whatever you deposit you must turnover 3 times before you can withdrawal. 3 - that withdrawal is a minimum of €150.

I initially put £10 here and there in here and had some wins but never got to 150 before losing it all so began to believe this was dodgy. Then last week I went in with £75 and within about 30 mins I won £200 and thought , you know what I’m getting out with this. If only It was that easy. Then I discovered all the quirks. The 3 times roll etc. I got angry and spoke to some one on live chat who to be honest was incredibly helpful with such a broken grasp of English. So frustrated and told I would need to roll over a further 65 to be able to withdrawal I thought what a scam. That will
Take me under 150… so off I went and boom on the last 5 of that 65 and lo and behold under 150 I hit lucky and won 330 euros. Jumping for joy I placed and withdrawal. About 30 hours later it was rejected. Here we go I just thought. Back to my mate on live chat who explained I need to verify the account , passport and all that. I promptly sent all that over, another day and half and all rejected. Beginning to fume back i went to my Russian friend ‘Harry’. Bless him I was raging yet he was calm and said let me help you and told me exactly how specific my photos etc needed to be. So he helped my, i sent him everything directly and was told 5 days for verification . With a sigh away I went. But yet within an hour I received an email to say account now verified. Off I went to withdrawal. And this morning at 9.08 the whole balance has arrived in my account. So these guys are not dodgy but they are particular and I guess that’s just the Russian way of doing things. I will happily use them again on the proviso I know I have to bet big to win big. There is no point putting £10 here and there in here as you need to roll it 3 x then get to £150.so if I use them again I would advise to bet minimum of £5 spins and go in with a decent amount you can afford to lose

Let me tell you about this joke of a robbing site i put on £40 got a bonus on this game called fluffy something and i won £297 on the bonus round then they put it as bonus money why ?? I have no idea ao now i cant withdraw what i rightfully won so ok i decide to play another game erm some alien game i think it was and i won a total of £900 but not one penny could i withdrew once i got down to £10 they turned it to "real cash" and i won not a single penny this is 100% the worst site i have ever possibly played they legit just rob your money and make up their own rules as they go along honestly DONT EVER BOTHER PLAYING unless you like being robbed of your money!!
