Quality Furniture & Great Communication

We were very impressed with the quality of the furniture, it was better than we anticipated.
The communication regarding the delivery timing was excellent, and the quick responses made us confident that we were talking to a real person.
The instructions to put the furniture together were easy to follow.

Easy ordering, quality material, well packaged

I found the experience of ordering a large furniture item online with Cassa Vida effortless. Not only that, but the bedhead arrived well packaged and in a very timely manner. I was very pleased with the quality of the bedhead and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

BE WARNED - Terrible Customer Service

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during the recent delivery arrangement for my order with Cassa Vida. On 13 February, I spoke with Corey regarding the delivery, following an email notification that stated my order was ready for collection within 72 hours. It is important to note that this time frame included a weekend, during which your warehouse was closed — information not indicated on your website. I was quite frustrated when Corey responded in an unprofessional manner, attempting to provoke further conflict rather than assist. Following his suggestion, I spoke with his manager, Scott, whose demeanor mirrored Corey’s rudeness. Scott eventually put the phone down on me, even though I was not the one being rude!
The lack of emotional intelligence and effective customer service skills demonstrated by both employees is unacceptable. I would recommend that your company invest in customer service training for staff, as effective communication is vital for maintaining customer relationships.
I unfortunately did not check reviews prior to my order, which would have informed my decision.
Regrettably, this experience has led me to conclude that I will not be making future purchases from Cassa Vida.

Terrible buying experience with Cassa…

Terrible buying experience with Cassa Vida, and particularly with an individual named Scott. I ordered the Albina Oak desk for $1,500, and within 24 hours it was reduced to $1,250 to which I asked to be refunded the difference. They refused to reply to my request but proceeded with dispatch orders and confirmations of delivery within 30 minutes of my first email. The delivery driver then contacted me late at night pushing to deliver the item and assured me they would price-match as they offered a price guarantee within 30 days of purchase (delivery driver named Shawn). Once the item was delivered the claws came out from Scott who was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The item got delivered with a squashed corner, and a crooked cabinet because the hinges weren't installed properly. POOR SERVICE AND the product is NOT WORTH THE MONEY. I have never left a bad review like this but it is well and truly deserved.

I enquired about an item I ordered online

I enquired about an item I ordered on the 7th of January 2025. I was assisted online by a person called Scott. It all started well, and when I indicated that they advertise that "items usually leave the warehouse in 5-10 business days when in stock", Scott asked who told me that. I indicated that it is stated on the website, but he told me that it is 7 to 10 days and that I should allow for a Christmas backlog of two weeks. When I asked when they would get through the Christmas backlog (I asked this on the 14th of January), he told me that it would be over when it was cleared! Not a great response.
What started as a very amicable call quickly became an argument, and eventually, he cut me off before I could get a transcript of the call. I have asked for a transcript; hopefully, someone from Cassa Vida will oblige. All I can say is that if Scott is the type of person representing your customer service, I will not shop here again.

In response to my query, Scott told me I should wait 7 to 10 working days and another 2 weeks due to their Christmas backlog. This is unacceptable and I have asked for a refund.

If this is the customer service attitude, I would not recommend anyone shop here. I have asked for a refund on this basis. According to Scott, the supplier from which my order is coming is still closed, so this shouldn't be a problem, but let's wait and see.

Buyer Beware!!!!

Extremely disappointing experience with this furniture company. I placed an order for an item, but they failed to ship it within the promised timeframe. When I inquired about the delay, I was shocked to discover they were now offering the exact same product for a lower price with immediate availability. This felt like a bait-and-switch tactic and left me feeling deceived as a customer.
To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service about the situation, I was treated rudely and dismissively. The representative I spoke with was unprofessional and showed little concern for resolving the issue or addressing my legitimate concerns. Their lack of respect for customers is appalling.
I spoke to the manager of the company and his reponse was do you want the item or not? No regard to the disgraceful service!
I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. They demonstrated poor business practices, unreliable shipping, and atrocious customer service. Potential buyers should be very wary of ordering from them, as you may end up frustrated and out of pocket with nothing to show for it. There are many other reputable furniture retailers that actually value their customers - I suggest looking elsewhere for your home furnishing needs.
While their product selection initially seemed appealing, the company's unethical behavior and treatment of customers completely negates any positives. Save yourself the headache and avoid this dishonest, unprofessional furniture compan!

I purchased a bed during the Black…

I purchased a bed during the Black Friday sales. The company has since lost my bed head and is refusing to refund me my payment of $892. Have contacted Paypal and Visa made a report. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Appalling behaviour! Disgusting. I have since received emails calling me crazy. Subsequently I have been ‘signed up’ with email and telephone to a series of things without my approval . My privacy has been breached. I am getting random calls and emails.
