Cast Iron Radiators Avis 6

Esperienza terribile. Ordinato un radiatore i primi di novembre con diversi problemi di comunicazione, nonostante si parli inglese come l'italiano. Fatto e rifatto l'ordine varie volte, per "varie dimenticanze"....arriva la merce allo spedizioniere italiano dopo un mese dall'ordine pagato; oggi ci ritroviamo a pagare altre 631 euro per lo sdoganamento ed altre voci incomprensibili, alcune già pagate all'ordine. Allucinante! Allontanate ogni idea di acquisto da questa azienda, poco chiara e per nulla professionale..

La mia esperienza è negativa, Vi è stata una mancanza di comunicazione con la casa madre, la spedizione spedizione in Italia organizzata con corrieri non idonei. Di fatto mi sono trovato con un pancale scaricato per strada senza alcun preavviso, senza che fossero lasciati i documenti di consegna. A niente sono valse le mie rimostranze in quanto la responsabilità sarebbe secondo la ditta, del corriere. Ma io ho pagato l'azienda per organizzare la spedizione e non ho scelto i corrieri.

I do not recommend using this company. Unfortunately I can’t comment on the quality of the radiators because I still haven’t received them since I ordered and paid for them 11 weeks ago. I purchased a large number of radiators worth a significant amount of money and was told the lead time was 6-8 weeks, upon placing the order I was told they would be delivered w/c 25th April. I called the week before to check on the day they would be delivered and was told they weren’t ready and wouldn’t be until 20th May, again I had to chase them to check they were going to be delivered as promised but again have been told they are still not ready and they have no idea when they will be.
We have been renovating an old property and had to move out of our previous home at the end of March. I explained when I ordered the radiators the importance of receiving them on time and as quickly as possible as we will be living in rented accommodation until the radiators arrive due to not having any heating in the house and having a newborn baby and 2 year old. We also had to arrange other tradespeople for when the radiators are fitted as we wanted to test them and the heating system prior to plastering some of the ceilings, fitting the cornice and ceiling roses, painting, fitting the flooring and skirting boards etc however they have come and gone. We now risk having to spend thousands undoing work should there be a leak or the pipe centres aren’t exactly what they have quoted to me when they finally arrive and get fitted.
In summary we are homeless and thousands of pounds out of pocket due to this company. I have asked for management to call me back but they don’t and I still don’t have a date for when the radiators will arrive. It is with sadness that I have to write this review as the office staff have been very helpful and polite but I desperately need the radiators and this is causing me a huge amount of stress. Avoid this company at all costs.

Bardzo dobra i mila obsluga telefoniczna i niezmiernie pomocna. Zamowiony przeze mnie grzejnik idealnie komponuje sie w mojej garderobie, oprocz tego fantastycznie ogrzewa pomieszczenie.
Polecam serdecznie ta firme. W przyszlosci planuje wymiane grzejnikow w hallu i w lazience.

what can I say, excellent price and a truly excellent product. they were the most competitive on price and the turnaround was 7 days. ordered 4 Victorian radiators and we couldn't be happier. will return for more when we get round to finishing upstairs.
