I bought the solar lights that are supposed to look like real flames. The photos and videos show round ball bases about a foot tall. They don't sell those. The measurements were in the order page but highly exaggerated. They are about 7" tall. There are 2 light settings. One, a constant steady light, like a flashlight; the other is a flickering flame but not a very realistic one. It's just a wavy light. And... I was supposed to buy 5 get 3 free but ended up paying for 8 anyway. The boxes came packed in a bag and be were nearly crushed. The lights somehow survived. I won't but anything else from the cheap, knockoff, Chinese company again.

Product seems good and works more or less as advertised. Delivery took longer than other items I have purchased online.

I would give them one star only because I can't give less. They sent me a defective product with a battery that does not charge. Their solution was either for me to pay the return shipping costs or to accept a refund of only 30% of the purchase price. This is simply a scam.

Great.. fitted perfectly. Shipping could have been faster,but it came from far away.

Parcel arrived after a few days and delivery instructions followed. I’d tried various products to seal a leak in the guttering on conservatory. None of tgg by em worked but this product sealed the leak which I tested after 24 hours. The tub itself isn’t very big but big enough to seal my leak then I did my sisters which was successful as well. Tub was big enough to do both jobs.

I ordered a grill cleaner - the site "tricks' you into buying more than 1 for a cheaper price. When I noticed this - like immediately, I tried to stop the 2nd grill cleaner order. Told "sorry couldn't do it, but I can send one back" - well thats the scam it costs just as much to send it back - so now I am stuck with 2 - BUYER BEWARE - its all crap from China

The product is ok but the promo video amounts to false advertising. The product is nothing like it is shown. Very misleading.

Fast delivery

I ordered a pair of “comfy” shoes. They arrived within time schedule. Unfortunately, one of shoes is too narrow. I asked Castivaro how to return them. I got info, that I need to send them back to China despite I got them from the UK address. In returns policy online there is NO WORD about necessity to send returned goods to
China. I know this “discouragement” Chinese policy. Raising costs of postal service will eventually stop the customer from asking for return. It is scam in its pure form. Avoid these insolent scammers at all cost!
