Castle Country RV Avis 

We found just what we were looking for in a travel trailer at Castle Country RV for the right price. So far our experience has been excellent. Wade Butler was our salesman and he was very helpful and informative. Trevor and Travis helped us get our trailer set up and ready to go. We are really enjoying trying out all the features on our trailer and look forward to many happy years of camping!

Kieth was the man. He took such good care of us. We bought a camper from 2007 that had a slide-out and all the bells and whistle’s. We paid $10,000 and it was worth every penny. I highly recommend these guys. We drove from bountiful Utah all the way to helper to pick it up

I bought a pre owned 5th wheel (2014). And the people at CCRV treated me like I had purchased a brand new coach. They bent over backwards to make sure everything was in perfect working condition. All the staff treated me very nicely. And since I have been home with my new coach I have been contacted either by email, text, or phone calls to make sure I was totally happy and satisfied.

We had a great experience at Castle Country RV. Honestly we were comparison shopping and had money down on another trailer from a competitor, but we liked the selection. Ok, it isn't a huge lot and yes it is gravel and the offices are nothing fancy, but their knowledgeable work force guided us from trailer selection to step-by-step instructions after our purchase. Wade, Ben and Elmo were amazing. They were patient with us as first time buyers. We were pleasantly surprised by a nice gift bag of goodies in our fridge. I'm not a reviewer, but felt the need to acknowledge a solid RV company.

We had a great experience working with Staci to find the camping trailer that best fits our family. She was helpful and generous to stay a few minutes late to walk us through different options. We went to other RV dealers in UT and felt rushed as the store was closing. Staci was great at communicating and the dealership did an exceptional job at getting the trailer prepped quickly.

Keith from the Helper store was very good to work with, very professional and knowledgable. We picked up our fifth-wheel at the Logan store, where Ben did a fantastic job showing us the unit and demonstrating all the features. Thank you Castle RV!

My purchase has been a very pleasant experience.
Sarvos had been honest, gave me a great price and never mislead me in any way. I came from Colorado to purchase my new 2019 5th wheel because dealers in my area could not come close in price, customer service and finance.
I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a RV to stop in or call.

Great group of guys and gals to work with. They were very good about answering all my questions and willing to help me get set up to pull my new trailer.

Still having problems with the solar system they installed. They dont seem to know how to fix it. Also waiting for a replacement fridge door that was damaged during transport. I can not get anyone to call back and they have had my 5th wheel for over 2 weeks. Disappointed.

Sales experience was great and they gave the best price BUT... Service and tech is horrible. My trailer got dropped off and the hot water heater does not work, The electrical part of the fridge does not work, damage to the table / trim / and other areas (they said they would replace table and trim months ago but still have yet to see them. I've call service to walk me through fixing the hot water heater and fridge but they are ZERO HELP. Access panels they refer to don't exist and they have ZERO desire to fix it. I now have one hell of a expensive box with no fridge and hot water.

My Outside Frig Cover disappeared, just a few hours after purchase. They refused to reimburse. At least 15 problems with NEW rig, at pickup ! Same old story; they smile at purchase pick up, and don't know you afterwords. How can you run a biz like that !!!!!!!!!!!!

We traveled from out of state to purchase a Class C motorhome from Castle Country RV. The unit was exactly as advertised and well priced! Staci was our sales rep & she was friendly, knowledgable and professional! We were VERY SATISFIED with our overall experience and the Castle Country staff. We highly recommend!

We had a great experience with our salesman Matt Pettus. We also got an awesome deal on the perfect trailer for our family and they even got us a better interest rate than we were planning on. Castle Country has exceeded my expectations with their friendly staff and with all of the follow up service even after the sale. They really thrilled us by treating us like we were family. I would recommend Castle Country RV to anyone.

I’m extremely pleased with these folks at the Logan facility. They did what they said they would when they said they would. On top of that when I return around 10 days later to see about a adjustment on my unit unannounced, there service tech made the adjustment with no grumbling or moaning right then.
I would use these folks again if the occasion occurred.
