Wish I had checked this before ordering. Terrible and deceptive customer service. Needed to cancel an order because it was a gift and I realized was not what the person wanted. Their website said to just send them an email with the reason, which I did. Got a response from someone wanting to see if I wanted something else. Said no, just a refund. No response and several days later money taken from my bank account and shipping notice sent. It's leaving from China now. Never again from this company.

Ordered boots for my wife on November 27th and still nothing.. Tried the email in ‘contact us’ and email address ‘not found’. I believe I just got ripped off. Wish there was a 0 rating.

Horrible company. Poor communication and forever shipping time. Still no relevant shipping info. Made a mistake by not checking them out before ordering and had to rebuy a Christmas gift due to not receiving on time. Still don’t have my shoes and no telling what the story will be if I try to return. Do NOT even consider purchasing from this “company”. Wish I could give a zero rating.

Terrible company!! Do not order from here. Been 10 days- still no response or tracking number. Obviously a scam.

Sent me wrong color item and will offer 10% discount for the inconvenience. Told me they sent what they had in stock. Without notifying customer. I can pay to ship it back and they will send the correct ones. Notice they give the shoe 5 stars but you can’t read the reviews or write your own. Hmmm

Nowhere on their website does it give you the opportunity to review, update, or cancel the order, nor does it tell you that it will take 15-21 days for your order to arrive (an obvious indication the product is coming from China/overseas). I can’t find a phone number and can only contact them using an email form on their website. I immediately knew it was a shady company when all their order confirmation emails went to my SPAM folder. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Placed order on Nov 21, it's now Dec 10 and no tracking or email saying item has been shipped. I've sent 4 emails requesting updates and just get replies saying they will immediately look into it? And still nothing. This place seems to be a scam. They don't even list a phone number to call for customer service. Avoid this place. Guess I can say I've lost my money, since there's no real customer response besides saying they will look into it, without even trying to give you refund, when they real fast took my payment.

Finally received my order after more than a month, and the shoes are nothing like as advertised. They are made of some cheap plastic/vinyl material that looks like an old raincoat. The soles are like a rubbery 2 x 4. I don't even want to donate these things. They're embarrassing. What a waste.

They didn't disclose that these come from China. I got my order almost 4 months later, only to find out they don't fit even though I ordered 1 size larger. I would return them but I know from experience that returning things to China is almost impossible. Totally disgusted!

I wish I'd read the reviews first. Highly upset. Been trying to get in touch with this company and haven't had any luck. I read one review that says she didn't get her order till 45 days later. I'm so pissed. Why take my money if you're not going to give me what I ordered? Oh, yeah. You're a Scam!!!

This company is a scam. If they do not have whet you ordered, they will ship anything and offer you a refund under $5. This is a Chinese company and they feel as if customers will accept anything and not attempt to return. Returning product to China cost 10 times what the product is worth.

This company is a scam. Ordered two pairs. Never received one. The other pair was way too small. Reached out to customer service. All they do is slow play you and then ghost you. I have contacted them at least 10 times. The last five or six have been no response. So ridiculous! Doesn't really matter if this site sends my review to them, they will not respond.

I think I've figured it out. Yes, this is a scam company. They take your money; they take a long time to get you the order; or you don't get your order; there is no way to do returns or communicate with them. The shoes are cheap; often the wrong size--it's entirely random. I think they are selling Amazon returns, because one of the five labels I peeled of goes back to an Amazon
warehouse. I have filed complaints to Amazon, to the BBB, to the attorney generals in New York, and in Nevada, and to the US Department of Commerce internet fraud line. No response except from New York. They are "looking into it." Meanwhile the rip offs continue.....

Ordered my size-arrived too small!! Can’t get to company for refund! It just takes your money & sends you crap! Wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered!

This is a company out of China and it has the worst customer service!!!! They sent my item to the wrong address and I have never received it to this day!!! I tried to cancel within minutes of ordering and got no response. I kept on contacting day after day until finally they replied that they could not cancel because it had already been sent!! That was a big fat lie!!! This company needs to be shut down!! If I could give it a 0 rating, I would!!

Needed to exchange boots for different size. Went thru proper channels for return/exchange. Contacted 3 times and never got a response. This company sucks!!!

Money taken out of account 2 weeks ago, no shipping info sent and no shoes received. I've emailed them and no response yet. Don't order from them and save yourself the time and money!!

I’ve reported this business to BBB for fraud haven’t received my refund or product been well over two months they do not respond to email nor have a number to contact them
